because of it’s excellent battery life of 6 hours, which would last Neil both trips to and from work. This is important as he can’t be running out of battery life to and from work. It has at least 128 Gb of memory, and can be upgraded to more for only a little extra money. It also had SD card ports and 3 USB ports in case he wants to add any peripherals to his device. It has 4gb of RAM , which is essentially all he needs if he’s just doing work and making Skype © calls while at work. Also, as an added feature the screen can be used as a touch screen if he wants to get things done quickly. It has all the standard fittings, such as Ethernet ports ( 1 GH ) and headphone and microphone jacks, so he can make calls on this laptop, as well as the built in webcam for video calls. It is a little pricey, at around £1,133, but is well worth the money with the choice you are getting

• As she loves music, I think the Samsung Galaxy SIII , as it is top of the range, and is perfectly suited to her needs. It has an impressive 16 GB of memory, meaning she can have all the music she could ever want on that phone and not have to cut down to a list. Also , it has internet , and social feeds and texting capabilities, meaning she can browse the net for research, and still keep up all the latest news while working. Even if 16gb isn't enough for her needs, it has a micro SD slot so a larger memory can be implemented. It has excellent battery life, easily lasting up to 8 hours, so she can do anything she wants and only have to charge it when she sleeps at night. It may be a little pricey for retail price , at £549.99 , but if she has the right eye, she can find it on the internet for as little as £99.99!

• I recommend the Advent Monza S200 , as it is cheap, affordable, and well worth the money. It may only be 15.6 inches in width, but it is not size that matters. It has 750gb of memory , and 8gb of RAM , so you can practically do anything you want. It also has built in webcam and intergrated microphone, so when the couple dock , they can travel to an internet café and contact their friends and family! It also has up to 5 hours battery, meaning even if they don’t have a charger off boat they will still be able to talk to family for a rather long time. All in all this is a wonderful laptop for Bob and Cilla.
