Our color copy center offers competitive pricing, excellent customer service and high quality color printing. Small format scanning is available up to 11x17 at 600 dpi and color print jobs are printed on high quality 20lb Hammermill paper stock. Other paper options are available.

Color copy jobs can typically be completed same-day and may be submitted according to the list of acceptable files found on the back of this price list.

The process of making fine art prints from original sources. You original artwork can be reproduced either from electronic file or we can capture it through a complex scanning or photography process. Each piece is then fine tuned by our artistic professionals to ensure accuracy and the closest replica possible! All reproductions will take approx. 2 weeks.

Standard and custom sizes available in many different forms or media depending on your desired project. Artwork with color correction and proofs is $50.00 per piece.

We can laminate all of your artistic and office needs from the smallest card or photo all the way to 40" wide. Gloss, Matte, Dry Erase or Hard Coat Lamination is available.

Samples A reasonable number of samples are available FREE of charge and are sent regular mail or ground. We can also ship overnight using your shipper number.

Shipping F.O. B. factory in Utah. Prices listed include ground shipping in the Continental U.S.A. Additional charges apply for faster ship method. There is a $12.00 (NET) charge for additional split ship destination.

Printing - Four Color Process The four color process prices shown in the price tables are based on customer supplied files in acceptable programs with hard copy verification (fax lasers or send .PDF) Process graphics must be in CMYK and NOT RGB. All PMS colors in files will be converted to CMYK process equivalents. We are not responsible for color shifts that may occur when PMS color in files or RGB files are converted to CMYK. Never rely on color monitors for accurate color representation. (See Color Matching)

Color Matching Ogden Blue is a "gang run" style printing company. Your job will be run on a press sheet with other jobs and will be run to standard color densities. The overall dominant color on a sheet may cause individual job colors to shift slightly. We make every effort to produce a reasonable representation; however, Ogden Blue like all other gang run commercial printers, does not guarantee an exact color match.

Changes/Cancellations Changes to orders in progress may or may not require additional cost and/or time. Cancellation after order is in progress or materials have been ordered will require payment for work performed, materials generate or re-stocking fees incurred. There is a minimum $25.00 (NET) order cancellation fee.

Production Time Most orders ship in 7 working days or less from receipt of acceptable submitted art files. Ogden Blue cannot be held responsible for delays due to incorrectly submitted files. Additional time and charges may be required to alter or fix incorrect files. Production times are exclusive of delivery time and are non-contractual.

Damaged Goods/Claims It is important to inspect all materials upon arrival. In the case of loss or damage in transit, the liability is that of the carrier. Please mark shipper "received damaged" and contact us immediately. A claim must be filed with the carrier within 10-days after receipt of merchandise. All other claims must be made within 30 days of delivery. In the case of errors, our liability is specifically limited to the value of the product we manufacture.

Rights To Promote Ogden Blue reserves the right to use all products produced by the plan in the plant's advertising, promotional literature, displays and sample programs. In additional, the purchaser agrees to assume any liability resulting from actions or demands brought against the manufacturer for copyright infringements.

Proofs FAX or PDF: $8.00 (NET) each. Color Digital: $20.00 (NET) each. Proof approval or changes need to be indicated in writing. Changes made incur additional prep charges. Production time begins after proof approval. A reasonable variation in color between proofs and the printed piece may occur.

Banners offer high visibility for any occasion, advertising on buildings, road signage and marketing. Materials available for fast turn-around, long-term usage and cost effectiveness.

Banners Available in Tyvek, Vinyl, Scrim Matte, or Glossy Vinyl. Vinyl banners are sent out hemmed and grommeted with brass grommets. Tyvek includes text fill, full photo fill will incur additional costs.

Payment/Ordering Terms Dealer can apply for open account by completing our credit application. Upon approval of open account terms, payment must be received within 30 days from the date of invoice. We accept checks, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. A purchase order or order form must be submitted before we can process your order. Order forms can be downloaded from our website.

Artwork (Electronic)We have an electronic workflow and accept all PC and PC compatible files. Artwork must be submitted on our design templates and file submission guidelines must be followed to ensure proper file output. Templates and tip sheets are available at www.ogdenblue.com. Incorrect files will delay production. We will notify you of charges to correct or alter files. While utilizing our FTP site or emailing smaller files, be sure to properly label the transmission with your dealer information so we can match it to your order. Fax or send .PDF hard copy of your file expectations with your purchase order or order form.

Artwork (Copy Errors)Customer files are reviewed before output to ensure accuracy and that your expectations are met. However, we are not liable for errors in customer submitted files or for unexpected file output when no color separated lasers are sent. Additionally, when a remake is warranted the order will be produced according to the original specifications, without alteration. (see Printing - Four Color Process)

Pre-Print Checklist Download design template from Ogden Blue website Send file copies (never originals) in their native application. Convert all type in Illustrator & FreeHand to outlines or paths. Include printer & screen fonts

Do not use TrueType fonts, styles or attributes. Do not specify a rule weight or hairline. Define as .25 point rule. Clipping paths should be created in Photoshop Page and panel sizes should be correct for item ordered. Save graphic files at EPS or TIFF of PDF format. Not PICT, JPEG or GIF. PROCESS GRAPHICS MUST BE IN CMYK, NOT RGB. Include embedded or nested images. Image scan resolution should be 300 dpi for grayscale & CMYK images.

Use 1200 dpi for bitmap line art. Place all scans at 100% or smaller (enlargements compromise quality). Define all colors are CMYK in both graphic & page layout programs. Rotate, scale and crop all images before placing on page. Necessary bleed is .125 (1/8") Do not apply traps to your file. We will handle. Send hard copy verification of all output (lasers or .PDF). Proofread your files. Test print your files; including separations.
