European Leadership Development 2014
April 2014 More than 600 delegates from all around the world will gather in Bulgaria for one of the biggest conferences for Leadership and organizational trainings and workshops.
Meeting Diversity 2014 Feb-Apr 2014 Social project with target group high school students in Bulgaria and goals to implement in their program workshops and trainings for soft and hard skills. Be part of various trainings that will raise their awareness about world issues.
Green Future 2014 Feb-Apr 2014 Social project with target group Elementary school students and goal to promote and educate on the importance and good case practices for Eco and Green Culture.

BiP is a 3 day interactive event, comprised of corporate presentations, business simulations and workshops, delivered by our partners – leading companies in their sector that show social responsibility. Target group is students and young graduates from the local universities.

Summary: AIESEC Educational Program is consisted of 4 volunteer projects, which aim to bring international mindset and creativity in Bulgarian high schools and kindergartens. Foreign students have the opportunity to feel the magic of Bulgarian culture while delivering trainings and creating diverse environment for Bulgarian youth. This is one of the most successful traditional projects that our organizations is running in Bulgaria. The project will be organized in Svishtov, Blagoevgrad, Sofia /TU, SU, UNWE/, Varna Objectives: -give opportunity to young children to develop their global mindset -to create diverse environment where children can learn more about different cultures -opportunity to learn basic English in practice -be part of various trainings and workshops developing soft skills in participants

Green Spirit Project Project summary: Green project is a national educational project aimed to raise environmental awareness amongst high school students and develop more sustainable lifestyles. The ultimate goal or outcome of the project is to boost students’ environmental sensibility by letting them be exposed to a variety of environmental activities and discussions run by interns so that young people can develop eco-friendly habits.
Objectives: - Promote international dialogue in global environmental issues. -Increase interest and address awareness of high schools students of particular environmental issues worldwide and in Bulgaria. - Inspire change in habits of teenagers, and mobilize youth around the implementation of healthy, sustainable lifestyle and practices.
-Opportunity for showcasing knowledge and good case practices on the topic from us and our partners

Project summary: Youth to Business the biggest project in the AIESEC global network. It provides a platform for a special dialogue between representatives of

AIESEC organizes bi-annual recruitments in 15 Universities across Bulgaria to
find the people that want to put their skills into practice or go and develop
abroad in one of our programs. Through our virtual and physical networks
we reach at least 10 000 students each edition. Campaigns are happening
twice a year – October and March in Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, Blagoevgrad,
Svishtov, Veliko Tarnovo
Objectives: Students have the opportunity to join AIESEC and to put their skills into
practice so that to develop they leadership potential
Students get familiar with the activities and the core of the organization as
well as with our stakeholders.

Leadership development program of AIESEC Bulgaria is a formed educational cycle for all the current members of the organization. Its goals are, through trainings, sessions and workshops to, to built the needed skills and behaviors for the members to be able better and more efficient to run their local offices and to grow in their personal and professional path. SELECTION – AIESEC screens the candidates and provides your company with a fist shortlist in accordance with the job description
and assists you in arranging the interviews VISA – AIESEC handles the VISA
application of the intern. Due to good relations with the Ministry, AIESEC interns do not need to have a work permit.
PICK UP AND HOUSING – AIESEC picks up the intern at the airport and helps
him/her with housing and accommodation INTEGRATION – AIESEC arranges the
registration at the commune, opens a bank account, give the interns a city tour and involve them in cultural integration activities.
