Fixed Leg PocketsThis means no measuring or checking of frame position when setting out, just count the pockets. Fixed pocket locations ensure the erected structure is straight, reducing operator error, enhancing performance and improving safety. The pockets also provide easy connection with the legs.

Horizontal ErectionFixed position pockets enable towers to be assembled horizontally and then erected by crane whilst remaining straight, reducing working at height, improving safety and reducing programme times.

Reduced Erection TimeLeg to leg connection is easily made by using a bolt-less snap-fix spigot reducing erect and dismantle times still further.

Fast ConnectionsThe innovative connection of frames to legs, using the blades and latches on each frame corner, means a frame can be fixed in 10 seconds, minimising erect and dismantle times.

Labour SavingThe 1.25m jack range reduces leg changes between building levels which means less labour and equipment is required.

Base RotationBall and cup jack base provides 10 and 2.5 degree base rotation, reducing load eccentricity, increasing load capacity and enabling sloping foundations or slabs to be accommodated with ease.

Time EfficientSelf cleaning jack grooves provide 25mm height change per handle turn, which enables fast length adjustment. The jacks integral measuring tape enables fast and accurate pre-set to length, reducing assembly time.

Quick Strike JacksAn integral load release feature means the leg load can be struck with a single hammer blow, increasing productivity and reducing operator fatigue, equipment damage and site noise.

Components

Alshor Plus Legs have ledger frame pockets at 500mm centres. The cross sectional area of the leg profile is less prone to distortion. This avoids jamming between the screw-jack and the leg.

Alshor Plus Legs

Alshor Plus Frames quickly fit into the ledger frame pockets on the legs, setting the distance between the legs. The ledger frame is designed as a structural shear-panel and is capable of resisting combinations of horizontal and vertical loads. • The unique blade and socket connection system used in Alshor Plus enables ledger frames and other Alshor Plus accessories to be located onto Alshor Plus legs much quicker than other shoring systems, which makes the system much more productive.

Alshor Plus Jacks - the long jack incorporates a quick release mechanism, which shortens the jack by 12mm with a single hammer blow. Its unique swivel base allows a combination of 10 and 2.5 degrees of rotation thereby accommodating crossfalls in the slab. The screw jack is capable of supporting loads up to 120kN and the unique extruded grooves in the long screw jack self clean the jack and also prevent rotation of the jack when its placed in the outer leg, making adjustment quick and easy.
