Product Introduction :
We are launching a new product in market which is Whito teeth whitening strip
which helps teeth to look cleaner and whiter after few days of usage . it is easy to
handle and portable for using it customer dont need to go anywhere to clean theirteeths . customer can use our product anywhere anytime . these are strips which
you can put in your teeth for 2 or 3 mins and then remove your teeths will shine
and looks clean. This is basically a thin piece of plastic which is covered with gel
which helps your teeth to look clean and white. It also helps to remove dust and
stains from your teeths.

We have chosen WHITO as our brand name in order to attract those people who
have grubby and dirty teeth due to smoking, Beatles, etc. WHITO-Teeth whitening
strips are safe, effective, and very fast. Most of us want to look, and feel, good
about ourselves.
WHITO, the brand, is rational, and free of agenda and doctrine.
WHITO is simplicity but simplicity is achieved through a complexity ofthought and design.

Logo:
Logic behind logo:
This logo doesnt seem to hide much at first sight, but it gives you a little insight in
the philosophy behind the brand.First of all, a white tooth that is smiling wants to
give the best customer satisfaction.Secondly, the green tooth brush that represents
our product teeth whitening strips. As itscleaning the teeth, similarly our
product will also make your teeth clean and white after first use.

Justify the slogan:
This slogan is claimed to be the most effective means of drawing attention to one
or more aspects of a product. Its purpose is to emphasize a phrase that the company
wishes to be remembered by, particularly for marketing a specific corporate image
or connection to a product or consumer base.Bright smile enhance the personalityof a person. If your teeth look dirty then it will put a bad impact on the people who
are watching you so our slogan is here to define that your teeth deserves to lookwhite.

Target Market:
WHITO-Teeth whitening strips claims to provide 12 hour protection from germs.
Our target market revolves around those people who have the problem of dirty
teeth even after brushing regularly; they dont get the perfect result. The mainobjective of teeth whitening strip is to provide them instant whiteness after using
this product. This product is helpful for those people who eats paan regularly due
to which their teeth becomes red, people who smokes daily they usually see a
yellowish layer on their teeth, etc. As compared to all other (reasonably effective)
at-home methods, this is probably the simplest, least-messy way to whiten your
teeth. Because only one side of the strip is coated with whitener, it acts as a barrier
that helps to prevent whitener contact with soft tissues and to minimize its dilution
by saliva. This helps to increase effectiveness and decrease the potential for sideeffects. We always try to target our audience that wants to remove surface stains,
as well as stains found along the enamel of the teeth.

There are also opportunities to distribute the entire teeth whitening range of oralcare products. We offer full sales and marketing support to our distribution
partners to enable you to maximize sales to your sales.
The products that you will be supplying are of exceptional quality and comepresented in attractive modern packaging which is reflective of the high-qualityproducts inside.
We try to make our product available at those places where there are people who
have teeth whitening problem. Our product is basically available at medical stores,
general stores, super markets and dental sections. We also distribute our
professional teeth whitening strips in many countries worldwide and we arecurrently looking for more distributors in different countries.

Pricing strategy :
Our company has used Market Skimming Price Strategy, so in this type of Strategyprice of the product is initially minimal. This setting of minimal price targets
highly interested customers and we intend to recover the incurred cost as quickly
as possible. This also creates a brand loyalty for the targeted customers . we will
sell our product in just 100 rs in its initial days then we will start raising our prices
when our product will be in high demand .
Promotion strategy :
To create awareness about the product among target market. Objective would be to
communicate about the unique product and its availability in market. We will use
pull strategy to attract and gain our customer. Distribution of flyer, giving
advertisements in newspapers and magazine will be a very effective way of
advertising as the unique product will hit the market for the very first time. TVC
will be broadcasted on local TV channels especially on prime times. We willadvertise our product on PTV, ARY, GEO, and Indus vision and will mention that
this product is available in Karachi only.
Radio ads will also be broadcasted on leading and renowned radio channels.

Our competitors are mostly teeth whitening brands like all toothpaste brands
specially who claim to give audience pure whitening teeth after usage of their
products. For example : colgate , closeup , medicam etc
Competitive advantage:
Our advantage is that our product is user friendly . the consumer do not need to go
specially washroom to brush their teeths the consumer will use this anywhere
anytime whenever consumer needs white shiny teeths . our product is easy to
handle .
Above the line activity:
We are doing promotion of our product whito teeth whitening strips through
different mediums like tv , radio , magazine and billboards . so that every
individual who wants their teeth to look pure white and clean will go and buy ourproduct
Below the line activity:
We are doing promotion of our product by giving free samples of our product in
different universities , malls , schools so that more people will get awareness of our
product
