b&p warranty

2 Year Warranty on Liberator Hand Trucks and Liberator Dockboards

Warranty covers failure on genuine B&P Manufacturing Liberator hand truck and Liberator dockboards due to defective material and/or workmanship. The 2 year warranty covers the following Liberator components: dockboards, hand truck frames, frame components, handles, nose plates, nose plate brackets, axles, axle brackets, stair climbers, stair climber components, frame extensions,and any other genuine B&P Manufacturing Liberator Hand truck parts. Liberator parts that are not covered under the 2 year warranty are: tires, inner tubes, wheels, bearings, lift chains, and parts other than genuine B&P Manufacturing Liberator parts. These items carry the standard warranty as follows.

Standard Warranty

The seller warrants to the original Purchaser that the items covered by this agreement shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under the normal use and service for a period of one year from the date of shipment of the seller. If within such a period any such product is proved to be so defective, such product shall be repaired or replaced at Seller's option. Sellers obligation is limited to such repair and replacement and is conditioned upon Seller's receiving written notice of any alleged defect within the warranty period and no more than (10) days after its discovery. After written approval by the seller, the product or defective part must be returned to the seller, f.o.b. its factory. The term "Original Purchaser" as used in this warranty shall mean the person or entity to whom such product was shipped by seller or its distributor or seller's agent. This warranty shall not apply to products or parts repaired or altered by other than the Seller or subject to negligence, accident, abuse, misuse or damage. This warranty does not apply to parts subject to wear. With respect to parts not manufactured by Seller, the warranty obligations of Seller shall in all respects conform and be limited to the warranty actually extended to seller by the supplier.
