FireKem FP-900® is an easy to install, clean and lightweight, non-combustible calcium

silicate fire protection building board. As a versatile A1 rated board, it is perfect for internal

partitions, external walls, roofs, floors and ceilings, and is particularly suited for dry wall

construction applications.

Kemwell Soffit Liner is an A1 non-combustible building board which provides effective fire

resistance and thermal insulation in commercial and industrial building projects. The boards

WeatherKem is an A1 non-combustible fibre cement board, combining weather, moisture and fire

ARC TCB restricts the spread of smoke and flames within timber frame cavity walls, as well as

minimising the effect of flanking noise pollution at wall junctions. They are manufactured from

low resin, non-combustible rockfibre mineral wool insulation and are sleeved in polythene for

on-site protection.

Coated Panel System is used to fire stop mechanical, electrical and plumbing services where

they pass through fire rated walls. Tested in accordance with BS 476 Parts 20 & 22:1987 and

EN1366-3:2009, the system consists of a 50mm thick mineral fibre batt minimum density

PFC Corofil Acoustic Intumescent Sealant is designed to be used to seal linear gaps in horizontal

and vertical constructions, and to seal small gaps around metal based service penetrations

through fire resisting constructions.

C144 Fire Stop Blocks are used to fire stop profiles in roofing, cladding and composite floor decking. The

blocks are manufactured to suit the specific trapezoidal shape. The width is determined by the fire rating

of the masonry wall. When fire stopping steel beams or plasterboard partitions the block must fill the full

width of the beam or partition.

• Used for sealing partition heads. No need to scribe plasterboard into corrugations

• Used to seal top flanges of fire boarded structural steel and provide compartmentation

• Individual blocks to suit depth of wall or continuous sections where corrugations run parallel with walls

C144 Fire Stop Strips provide fire stopping for horizontal and vertical linear joints in masonry and

concrete walls and floors. The strips are manufactured pre cut to fit the specific gap size and

depth of the joint, depending on the fire rating required. The thickness of the strip is supplied

larger than the gap size, for a compression fit.
