COMPANY POLICY Enhancements

But, one of my key success strategies is something that is taught to young children as sharing, but becomes better known as teamwork as we get older.

For me, when it comes down to making decisions or developing new ideas, it’s always best to have the support of the team. One of my favorite African proverbs says,

“if you want to travel fast, go alone; if you want to go far, go together.”

Embracing teamwork, means that more thought goes into what we’re doing, more creative options will present themselves and the chances of finding the right results will be much more likely.

Go Far, Go Together

For almost 40 years, I’ve had a team of people around me who have played vital roles in the long term success of Forever, from the great people here in the Home Office to the staff in our offices around the world, as well as our Global Leadership Team of Forever Business Owners. Not only do these people have a professional impact on our business and on the direction of Forever, but they also have been close to me through some of the tough, as well as the best, times in my life.

It’s safe to say that having trusted and positive people around you can help your journey to success be so much more rewarding.

Recently, we lost someone who was very dear to our Forever family, someone who I know has had this same appreciation for teamwork. Since 2001, Dr. Maria Idigo has inspired all of us to work together to achieve our dreams.

Maria, alongside her wonderful husband Clement, has been crucial in helping us grow the African market and has positively affected the lives of many thousands of Business Owners across the world. We are so thankful to our ‘African Queen’ and the legacy that she leaves behind.

Maria’s ability to rally those around her, and her compassion and contributions to making a difference in Africa and around the world all prove that better things happen when we do them together.

Forever Yours,

Rex Maughan CEO, Forever Living Products

People often ask me how I have accomplished so much in my life. As I’ve said before, there isn’t a specific secret to success, but rather many efforts that add up, including a lot of hard work and a positive attitude.

MESSAGE FROM THE CEO

2

This month, Forever is announcing new policies that are going into effect on the 1st of September. I won’t get into the details of each update here but it is important to me, Rex and the Executive team to share with you why we have made these changes…and it’s all about commitment.

Each policy enhancement stands alone to either improve our systems, provide clarity in some grey areas or to fairly reward you and the many FBOs who are focused on growing their business consistently. As we grow, we recognize that we need to give everyone the best chance for success and give improved business benefits to those who are showing a commitment to joining us for the long haul. In fact, we are confident that these improvements to our business will help all hard working FBOs around the world to flourish.

We know that so many of you have dedicated your time and energy to sharing the products with as many people as you can. You’ve stepped outside of your comfort zone, you’ve become an expert in the products and you have spent your time nurturing your contacts and helping others build their businesses and achieve their dreams. That’s the commitment you’ve given to Forever.

In return, we continue to create and improve our fantastic products, we offer an opportunity that you can depend on, we give you incentives that can change your life and we promise to ensure our Marketing Plan best serves you. The policy changes happening this September are part of that ongoing commitment.

As these new policies go into effect on September 1st, we hope you’ll find over the coming months and years that they are beneficial to your growth. I know that with change, sometimes comes uncertainty, but I am confident that you’ll see that continual improvement only makes room for an even brighter future for us all.

Keep Smiling,

Gregg MaughanPresident, Forever Living Products

When Rex launched Forever Living Products almost 40 years ago and dreamed up the Marketing Plan, his vision was to create a plan with a commitment to ensuring that every Forever Business Owner would be fairly compensated and rewarded for their work. His dedication to creating the best Marketing Plan in the world stays true to this day.

The Forever Commitment

we give you incentives that can change your life and we promise to ensure our Marketing Plan best serves you

SOARING MANAGERSJULY 2017

Achieved by developing Five (5) 1st generation sponsored recognised managers. Full details in Company Policy

Prem Lal & Kiran Gupta Soaring Managers

What you think, you become!

It's my 10th marvelous year of my journey with FOREVER and I am so excited to inform you all that I have five active front line managers and all are my relatives. What a pleasant surprise!

You have to behave very differently to join a relative in your FLP team. It demands a different level of caring. Forever is a business of great caring and honesty that comes from the core of your heart. Mrs. Rinku Mandal the first Soaring Manager of my team inspired me for achieving this level.

Thank you to all my front line active managers and special thanks to Mr. Anand Gandhiji, my mentor, my coach and all TAG coaches. My huge thank you to Mr. Rex & Gregg Maughan and Mr. Amarjit Ubhi. I thank all the FLP staff and management. I thank my special team and love for my cute and brand new manager Mr. Jacky Kumar. Thank you FOREVER for changing my life Forever.

moment, it will change and that too will come to pass! We need to be prepared for change, welcoming it as simply another road to be travelled, another experience to be enjoyed, and another journey to be discovered. Trying to resist change is like wishing that it was always spring, everything to be the same comfortable life all of the time! If that was the case we would have become extinct like the dinosaur!

Here is something else that we must also try and change, the time we spend with each other and with the ones that we care about. We get so wrapped up in our own importance and our ‘busy’ activities that we start neglecting those who are the most important to us, and I am just as guilty, but it’s up to us to first recognise this fact and then start changing our behaviour. Here’s a little moving story that illustrates the point so well.

‘Dad, how much do you earn per hour?’ asked the child in a timid voice as his father came back home from work. With a harsh tone, the father replied, ‘Listen son, those are matters that not even your mother knows about, don’t bother me, I am very tired.’ The child insisted ‘but dad, please tell me how much you earn per hour’.

The professor stepped purposefully onto the stage dragging behind him a 2 meters tall dinosaur, made of wire, string and quite a lot of papier-mâché. Two metres tall is quite a handful when inanimate. He stared at the audience and said nothing, walking over to his flip chart, he wrote down in large bold letters ‘The R C Factor’. Turning back to the audience, still saying nothing, he went to a small table and lifted his large brown leather briefcase. He opened it and took out a small white live mouse, allowing the mouse to run up and down his hands for a moment.

He looked up and started to speak: ‘Imagine its twenty million years ago and we’ve been asked to place a bet on which of these two will survive for the next twenty million years! We would have put all our money on the dinosaur, wouldn’t we? We would have mortgaged our caves and taken all our money down to the bookmakers and put it all down on the terrible lizard rather than the small fearful rodent, right?’

‘But we’d all have been wrong, why? Because of the R C Factor, the dinosaur was Resistant to Change and died out! The mouse was flexible to change and is still with us to this very day’. So let’s talk about change! We all know that everything changes, yes everything, regardless of whether life is good or bad at the

This time the father’s reaction was less harsh and said ‘Rs200 per hour son.’ The child said ‘Dad, may I please borrow Rs200?’ The father gets angry and said ‘so that’s the reason why you wanted to know. Go to sleep and don’t bother me.’

During the night, the father was meditating about the incident and started to feel guilty. Maybe his son needed the money to buy something very important. Then, wanting to put his conscience to rest, he went to his son’s room and speaking in a low tone, asked his son ‘are you asleep, son?’

‘No Dad,’ he said half asleep. ‘Here’s the money that you asked me for’ said the father. ‘Thank you dad.’ At this point, he reached under his pillow and took out some coins. ‘Now I have enough dad, I have Rs200, would you sell me one hour of your time?’

Wishing you everything you are prepared to work for!

FROM THE DESK OF AMARJIT

Let’s talk about CHANGE

55

Effective September 1st, 2017, we will be making some important enhancements to the Company Policy. These changes were made after careful deliberation between the executive committee and the GLT members and are designed to benefit and support FBOs that are actively building their Forever Businesses and are correctly working the Marketing Plan. They will also provide additional motivation for our leaders to lead, and will help us to reduce the complexity and size of our system. Below listed is the essence of the changes made to the current policy and the explanations to them in the comment section (where necessary) below them. The policy changes in its legal verbiage will reflect in the Company Policy version September 2017, available in print post September 2017. We anticipate your full cooperation as we implement these changes to our policies.

NEW POLICIES

COMPANY POLICY

COMPANY POLICY ENHANCEMENTS

4.01

Novus Customers cannot Sponsor other FBOs into the program until they become Wholesale Qualified. Explanation:

• Novus Customers are considered as NON PARTICIPATING end consumers of the Marketing Plan and therefore should not be allowed to sponsor.

• FBOs (after becoming wholesale qualified) participate in the Marketing Plan since they receive compensation from the company in the form of bonus and incentives.

• All Current Novus Customers that already have a downline will be allowed to keep these lines under them but will not be allowed to further sponsor new Novus Customers after the 1st of September.

• Novus Customers will no longer be allowed to register their business internationally until they are wholesale qualified.

4.02. (c)

Novus Customer 6-month Policy: A Novus Customer who has not made a purchase for six full calendar months will be automatically removed from the Forever database.

Explanation: • Novus Customers that have not made any purchases for 6 months from 1st September 2017, will

be automatically removed from the Forever database and will no longer hold valid IDs with the company.

• Once removed from the system they are eligible to rejoin immediately under any new sponsor will forfeit any downlines they may have in their auto-terminated ID.

• The company will send out periodic intimations to those Novus Customers that have registered their email with the company before permanently removing them from the system.

Bank Charges for “Foreign” Bonus Payments: Any third-party charges or fees accrued on payments made to an FBO outside the country in which the Profits/Bonuses are earned will be the responsibility of the receiving FBO.4.04.

(f)

36-Month Policy: FBOs who have not made a purchase for 36 consecutive calendar months will be removed from the Forever database.

Explanation: • FBOs who have not made any purchases for 36 months from the company after the 1st of

September 2017, have proven by their inactivity to have little interest in either the product or the opportunity provided by Forever Living.

• Once removed from the system they are eligible to rejoin immediately under any new sponsor but will forfeit any downlines, levels or business they may have in their auto-terminated ID.

• The company will send out periodic intimations to such FBOs who have registered their email with the company before permanently removing them from the system.

4.05

6

COMPANY POLICY ENHANCEMENTS

7

12-Month Responsoring Policy: An existing FBO can responsor under a different Sponsor after 12 months of inactivity.

Explanation: • The minimum time for responsoring has been reduced from 24 months to 12 months of complete

inactivity (no purchases, no sponsoring, no bonus). This is because if FBOs are totally inactive for 12 months (starting 1st September 2017), it is an indication that the previous upline paid little or no attention to their growth in the company.

• Making FBOs wait for 24 months before responsoring seemed very long to maintain their interest and enthusiasm.

• This 12 month responsoring policy will apply to Terminated FBOs as well (with prior approval from the executive committee)

• FBO responsoring after the 12-month period, would begin as a brand new FBO, at the level of Novus Customer and will forfeit any previous levels, benefits or incentives.

4.01. (a)

Only once an FBO becomes wholesale qualified in the company Marketing Plan, can they be allowed to be registered into foreign countries.

Explanation: • Novus Customers will no longer be allowed to register their business internationally until they are

wholesale qualified.

15.01. (b)

12 Month Leadership Policy: (a) A Manager who is not Leadership Bonus Qualified for twelve consecutive months, and who is not in the process of regaining Leadership Bonus (LB) eligibility, will permanently forfeit all downline Manager lines. (b) A forfeited Manager line will become an Inherited Manager to the first Leadership Eligible Manager upline from his/her original Sponsor.

Explanation: • The company firmly believes that no one should be rewarded simply on the effort of others.

Managers who have not qualified for Leadership Bonus for 12 months are not putting in the effort to build a business worthy of Leadership Bonus.

• A Manager who is not LB qualified for 12 consecutive months (starting 1st September 2017) will permanently forfeit their downline manager lines Such forfeited managers will become ‘Inherited’ Managers to the 1st LB qualified upline Manager

• They will also lose their position in the Marketing Plan (Senior, Soaring, etc.) for e.g. A manager affected by this policy, if they were a Soaring Manager and lost their downline managers, they would have to build 5 new Managers to be considered Soaring again. The Managers they lost under this policy cannot be counted towards their pin level.

• If a Manager is not Leadership Bonus Qualified for 11 months, they can use the 12th month as their 1st month of the 3 month requalification period and will not lose their downline Manager lines.

• The company will send out periodic intimations to such Managers who have registered their email with the company before permanently removing their Manager lines from the system.

• If they develop a subsequent Manager line, they would be eligible to qualify for Leadership Bonus on that new Manager line. However, if they have another period of 12 months of not qualifying for Leadership Bonus any time after developing the new Manager line, they would lose that line as well.

our own – and getting sufficient amounts is an absolute fundamental of good health! Some benefits of vitamin C are fighting free radicals, boosting immunity, forming collagen, and speeding cold recovery.

A study by the National Institutes of Health recommends aging adults get even more milligrams than their younger counterparts. Get your daily boost of vitamin C and take advantage of its pairing with Aloe Vera gel to allow for maximum absorption!

7. Mineral Source: No matter how healthfully people think they eat, their diets may still be woefully low in essential minerals since most food products today are laced with chemicals and fertilizers. This is particularly true as we age because our needs actually increase. Some of the minerals found in Aloe Vera include calcium, sodium, iron, potassium, chromium, magnesium, manganese, copper and zinc.

8. Digestive Aid: A healthy digestive tract helps ensure that nutrients from the foods we eat are absorbed into the blood stream where they can do us the most good. Drinking Aloe Vera Gel daily may help to improve bowel regularity and increase nutrient absorption as it simultaneously supports the growth of good bacteria and yeast. Aloe Vera has also demonstrated its ability to soothe digestive discomfort. Forever Freedom is your digestive system’s little secret to absorbing all the goodness it needs.

9. Weight Manager: Aloe Vera Gel naturally, and with regular use, helps support the body’s ability to detoxify. Taken regularly it helps support the digestive system and proper metabolism, in turn allowing energy levels to increase, and thus helping to facilitate a healthy and ideal body weight. Enjoy your daily helping of Forever Freedom knowing that health is all you have to gain!

10. Beauty Aid: The soothing qualities of Aloe Vera Gel are legendary! The skin replenishes itself every 21 to 28 days. With daily utilization of the nutritional building blocks found in Aloe Vera Gel, the skin is supported to combat the effects of aging by allowing it to create and maintain new and healthy cells. With its unique formula of added vitamin C from orange juice, your skin is given a blast of antioxidants to help it look and feel it’s best!

Forever Freedom – aptly named in the quest for a perfectly healthy life! Don’t you think this would be one of the best ‘gifts’ to your body which goes through so many rigours continuously?

We at Forever bring you products that while providing the niche benefits to certain specific parts of the body, also help create an entire aura of well being and happiness! So while your joints and cartilages and tendons may have much to thank you for giving them the daily supplementation of Forever Freedom, your billions of cells, digestive system, colon, skin and muscles will be equally charged up to work at optimum level! Let’s see why:

1. Freedom of Movement: As the body ages, it is less able to produce the natural elements of healthy cartilage, which may lead to diminished mobile joint functioning. Forever Freedom takes the leading substances, Glucosamine Sulphate, Chondroitin Sulphate and MSM, known to help maintain the structure and health of cartilage by keeping this natural “shock absorber” well lubricated. Get the joint freedom you desire and all the goodness of aloe in a unique and easy-to-use formula with your joints in mind!

2. Super Soothing: Aloe Vera Gel has natural substances that have been shown to be soothing. ’s further genius is in adding MSM, a primary source of bio-available sulphur the body needs to maintain healthy connective tissues and joint function. MSM may help by delivering sulphur to the areas where it is needed. Super soothing may be just two to four ounces of Forever Freedom away!

3. Immune Strengthening: Since Aloe has the unique ability to penetrate to the cellular level, it provides natural support for the immune system. Since the immune system works around the clock protecting the body, Forever Freedom, with its natural immune enhancers, gives the body an ongoing support system from which to draw. The addition of vitamin C provides Forever Freedom added ammunition to boost immunity levels.

4. Body Building: Amino acids are our body’s building blocks; eight, which are essential and cannot be made by the body, are found within Aloe Vera Gel. If your body is deficient in essential amino acids, sooner or later this will become apparent. Make an investment in your future and drink a toast to yourself today with Forever Freedom.

5. Delicious Goodness: Forever Freedom is a delicious, refreshing and nutritious orange-flavoured drink. Its great taste and ability to help maintain proper joint function will leave you invigorated and looking forward to your next serving. You may just keep this healthful habit forever…your body knows you should!

6. Vitamin Source: Aloe Vera Gel already contains many of the essential vitamins you need daily, like vitamins A, B1, B2, B3 and B6 as well as vitamin E. It is perhaps one of the only known natural vegetarian sources of Vitamin B12. Forever Freedom further enhances Aloe Vera Gel by adding vitamin C, because unlike most mammals we humans can’t make

1. DOES NOT claim/guarantee that an FBO will achieve financial success without working or by relying solely on the efforts of others. Compensation in FLP is based only on the sale of the products. An FBO is an independent contractor whose success/ failure depends on his / her personal efforts. You DO NOT get paid merely by recruiting people.

2. DOES NOT give rights / sole selling agency to any individual / concern / organization of a particular area / territory / city. FLP offers a business opportunity to individuals to build and develop their own networks and team.

3. DOES NOT ask / compel you to purchase products in more quantities than your immediate requirement either for sale or consumption. NO investments or bulk purchases are allowed in FLP. If you come across any individual offering investment schemes, please notify the company for immediate action.

4. DOES NOT allow sales of its products on 3rd party E- commerce sites. FLP does not extend product guarantees to product bought off these sites. FLP products should only be bought from registered FBOs or the Company counters and website.

• FLP products are NOT to be sold loose/ repacked etc. except for the official packing. FBO's are not permitted to sell or display FLP India literature or products in retail stores. FBOs who have service-oriented offices, barber shops, beauty shops and health clubs are exceptions and will be allowed to display and sell products within their office, shop or club with prior approval from the head office. However, Exterior signs or window displays by such FBOs to advertise FLP, FLP India or FLP products will not be permitted.

• FLP has NO joining fee, NO annual fee, NO renewal fee (ref. page 2 of the FBO Application)

• FLP makes NO Medical claims on their products. We are NOT DOCTORS & our products are NOT MEDICINES. FBOs of Forever Living Products are prohibited to promote any product of this company to solve or cure any kind of disease. To associate our products with any disease is not allowed and is a violation of the company policy and liable for termination. If you have any kind of health problem you should consult your physician. Please read “The Fine Line” to clearly understand the difference between Drugs / Medicine and dietary supplements. The Fine Line PDF can be downloaded by visiting http://bit.ly/FineLine

Each FBO must understand, follow & implement the above and teach the same to their team members.
