Product Data Management

With the help of the data management system you are able to organize and provide relevant information for manufacturing, assembly and quality assurance. Data fi le directories are not capable of doing that any

more, especially when different versions of fi les are maintained. Our document management system for production and product data suits the needs of the industry and manages fi les in any format, e.g. designs, offi ce documents, quality documents or drawings.

With machine networking and the data transfer capabilities you are able to centrally manage CNC programs on a workstation,

respectively a fi le server and by using an appropriate data backup system, you can archive these programs permanently. You can assign CNC programs created

on the machine, respectively the ones generated with the programming system to your products, routings and operations. Therefore, you are capable of managing any number of programs, program versions, respectively programs with a different revision index. Therefore you reduce the risk of mistakenly manufacturing based on wrong NC programs or

accidentally overwriting old programs.

Maximum PerformanceCNC-Manufacturing with the DNC Server

The capability of CAMback gets even more impressive after extending it with the DNC server, with which CAMback, a production data management system,

can be extended to a high-performance DNC system.By the use of the CAMback DNC server, CNC machines can be linked over the TCP/IP network. Therefore, CNC-programs can be transferred over the network. Older machines without network access can be modernized with the help of COM servers. The data transfer is universally applicable, meaning independent from manufacturers of the machine controls.
