LEDATHENE Low Density Polyethylene Tubing

Ledathene tubing is a durable, flexible and dimensionally stable solution when looking for a cost efficient and chemical resistant tube. Low Density Polyethylene is highly inert and is an excellent choice to transport air and a wide variety of chemicals and fluids. Manufactured from FDA approved raw materials (in Natural, Blue and Green) the tubing is ideal for food delivery machinery and food safe environments. UV resistant in Black.

LEDALON 11 Nylon 11 Tubing

Ledalon 11 tubing is a high strength semi-rigid tubing ideally suited to chemical and oil processing lines and tool lubricating systems where high pressures and temperatures are present. Ledalon 11 is resistant to most solvents, alkalis, oils, greases, petroleum products, fungi, and molds and can be used for short distance grease lines. UV resistant.

LEDALON 12 Nylon 12 Tubing

Ledalon 12 tubing is ideal in applications requiring good abrasion resistance, stiffness and strength at high pressures and temperatures. Nylon 12 is highly resistant to flexural fatigue and offers very low moisture absorption and gas permeability rates. Ledalon 12 is resistant to most solvents, alkalis, oils, greases, petroleum products, fungi, and molds. UV resistant in Black.

LEDACHEM Polypropylene Tubing

Manufactured from FDA approved material (natural only) Ledachem is widely used where extreme resistance to acids and alkalis is required. Polypropylene tubing is odourless, tasteless, non-toxic and does not support microbial growth. Ledachem is available in either Natural or Black and offers excellent dimensional stability and will withstand corrosive atmospheres. UV resistant in Black.

LEDAFLEX Polyurethane Tubing

There are two classes of polyurethane – ester and ether - and both are commonly found in the market. From the user’s point of view the ester based product is less expensive but it degrades when exposed to moisture. Because of this we manufacture Ledaflex from the superior ether based raw material. Ledaflex is highly resistant to abrasion, very flexible, resistant to kinking and has a good memory so will stretch and flex yet always returns to its original shape.

LEDALON RECOIL TUBING

Ledalon recoil tubing is the ideal solution for industrial applications which requires tubing resistant to high pressures, high temperatures and a wide range of chemicals. The recoil tubes retract efficiently offering the operator freedom of movement and providing clear work areas. Recoil tubes are also ideal for use with small pneumatic tools and robotic equipment. Ledalon recoil tubing can be supplied with integrated straight tails at each end of the coil – this allows for easy fitment of your chosen tube fitting onto a section of straight tube.

LEDAFLEX RECOIL TUBING

Ledaflex recoil tubing is highly abrasion resistant and kink resistant making it the perfect tube for areas of high movement and repeated flexing. Ledaflex recoil tubing offers excellent memory properties and is ideal for use with pneumatic tools, instrumentation and robotics. SPIRAL WRAP

Spiral wrap provides protection and harnessing of single and multiple cable/hose bundles. Spiral wrap allows for easy breakouts and branching of the wrapped bundle. This handy product is manufactured from low density polyethylene and offers excellent resistance against abrasion, rubbing and unwanted contact on the bundled contents. Ideally suited for use in the home and office, pneumatic, electrical, marine, transportation and hydraulics industries. UV resistant in Black.

LEDA KYNAR FLEX Polyvinylidene Flouride Chemical Resistant Tubing

When you require a tube to resist strong chemicals at high temperatures Leda Kynar Flex is what you need. Leda Kynar Flex offers excellent dimensional stability, high resistance to abrasion and offers excellent impact and tensile properties. PVDF offers excellent resistance against attack by UV, complies with UL 94 V0 fire rating with low smoke rating and is manufactured from FDA approved raw materials.

Ledaclear PVC tubing is a high quality smooth bore tubing which produces excellent flow characteristics and offers high resistance to stress cracking and impact. PVC tubing offers excellent clarify and flexibility and is safe for use with drinking water. This type of clear flexible tube is widely used in the food, beverage, medical and pharmaceutical industries.

LEDATHENE BEVERAGE TUBING Polyethylene Beverage Tubing

Ledathene Beverage Tubing is manufactured from FDA approved material and is widely used by all major brewing and beverage installers around New Zealand and overseas. Polyethylene offers excellent resistance to stress cracking. The smooth bore tubing does not impart any taste or odor into the fluids being transferred. Ledathene is a flexible and easy to handle tubing ideal for recirculating glycol lines and python style tubing bundles.

LEDAVIN BEVERAGE TUBING Flexible PVC Beverage Tubing

Ledavin Beverage tubing is manufactured from materials complaint with FDA and AS2070 for food and beverage contact applications. This highly flexible tubing offers excellent resistance to cracking and impact along with a glass like clarity and smooth bore to provide ideal flow characteristics for a variety of food and beverage applications. The tubing is used by all major brewers and beverage installers nationwide and is commonly found in Post-Mix and BIB installations. All Ledavin products are charged with an inert gas and the ends of the coils are plugged during manufacture to prevent any oxidation or contamination during storage.

Leda Tube Cutters

Leda Tube Cutters are recommended for use on all Leda stock tubing products. The smooth strong action will cut all Ledathene, Ledalon, Ledaflex, Ledachem and beverage tubing products up to 20mm outside diameter. The cutters can also be used on small diameter rigid PVC products and Polybutylene tubing.

Constructed in die cast aluminium with a blade which can be removed for re-sharpening the cutter is designed to give years of good service.

Conveniently packed in an attractive POS blister pack ready for shelf or rack display.
