New Design, new technology, improved performance, better safety. The patented cooling system constitutes the most essential innovation of the alpha Z3. Its cooling capacity is generated by two hydraulically driven fans. The 3-cylinder Deutz engine with 36,5 kW is powerful and efficient. The compressor was developed by BMS, made-to-measure and optimized for the alpha Z3. If you buy an alpha Z3 you will get a screed machines of the highest quality – made in Germany. Economical, robust and user-friendly:Alpha Z4 is especially suited for big projects: It is equipped with a powerful 4-cylinder Deutz engine of 36,5/46 kW that is very efficient and robust. Of course, the engine complies with current emission regulations. Outgoing air noises of the fan have been reduced by 60 percent.

Alpha Z4 is the right choice for anyone needing to pump quickly despite greater hose lengths.

BMS alpha Z3 Styrofoam has been constructed for the economical mixing and laying of light floor screed materials such as Styrofoam for insulation purposes. BMS alpha Z3 Styrofoam is equipped with a 650 litres mixing vessel. The large vessel allows for light screed floor materials to be laid quicker and more efficiently.Additionally, the Styrofoam machine disposes of special filter cages for the alpha cooling system to prevent the Styrofoam from clogging the fans. BMS alpha Z3 Styrofoam is particularly efficient with Styrofoam units of 500 litres.

Alpha E32 is particularly of interest for composition floor layers working on construction sites where 63 A plugs are not available. The electric machine is adjustable to 25 or 32 Ampere. It can be connected to every power distribution on construction sites providing a 400 volts /32 ampere socket. The compressor is driven by an 11 kW Siemens engine. The use of a frequency converter allows the frequency-regulated electric engine to produce its full power. Alpha E32 operates according to the air accumulator principle. It is very quiet and low in energy consumption. The machine amortises itself in very short time on using the electricity supply on the construction sites. Up to a hose length of 80 metres its performance is comparable to the one of a 3-cylinder diesel machine.

Alpha E63 has been developed particularly for the use on construction sites with conventional electricity supply. With its frequency regulated three-phase current engine the alpha Energy Plus can be connected to every power distribution provided on construction sites. Operational safety is guaranteed at all times. Performance may be adjusted from 50 to 63 Ampere on site. The 30 kW variable frequency engine lends alpha Energy plus all its power without producing exhaust pollution or CO2 emissions. Moreover, noise development is reduced significantly.

In countries with sufficient power supply on construction sites, such as Switzerland for example, the machine functions as well on 63 Ampere construction site power without frequency converter by only using a conventional star-delta switch.

The pumping station, BMS FLUID PUMP completes our portfolio of floating screed machines. The screw conveyor supplies a performance up to 15 m³/h and can be chosen according to grain size.

The floating screed machine by BMS is perfectly suited for conveying floating screed economically and efficiently. It is easy to use and very sturdy. The 3-cylinder Deutz diesel engine is long-lasting and highperforming.

The small floating screed machine is suited for pumping floating screed material. It is driven by a 7,5 kW engine. It can be connected to every power distribution on construction sites providing a 400 volts/16 or 32 ampere socket.

The BMS FLUID E32 is of interest for composition floor layers who are not permanently working on big projects. The machine covers a pumping distance of 100 m and supplies a conveying capacity of up to 10 m³/h.

All advantages in a nutshell: no maintenance, no costs for diesel fuel, no brake. Towing only requires a driving license for passenger cars. Large opening for easy cleaning, sturdy pivoting grid.

This floating screed machine is a bigger version of the electric FLUID E32, a machine used for pumping the material on the construction site that has been successfully on the market for years already. The electric machine is driven by a 22 kW engine. It can be connected to every power distribution on construction sites providing a 400 volts / 32 or 63 ampere three-phase – A. C. socket. If there is no 63 Ampere connection available, the machine can equally be supplied with 32 Ampere power. The machine covers a pumping distance of 150 m and supplies a conveying capacity of up to 15 m³/h. This makes her almost equal to the 3-Cylinder diesel pump. It is very quiet and low in energy consumption with an excellent price/ performance ratio.

All advantages in a nutshell: no maintenance, no costs for diesel fuel, no brake. Towing only requires a driving license for passenger cars. Large opening for easy cleaning, sturdy pivoting grid.

Taking BMS alpha Z3 as a model, we have developed a compressor for the construction industry. It has been conceived for multiple use in the construction industry. The compressor is driven by a 3-cylinder Deutz motor with 36,5 kW.

The powerful compressor supplies an air pressure performance up to 6 m³/min. This mobile compressor is versatile and supplies your construction site unfailingly with compressed air in sufficient amounts.
