With Mighty Lube® microprocessor controls, the lubricators can be set up andprogrammedtolubricatechainpins,opentrolleys,caterpillardrives,andturnbearings.Easilyprogrammed to apply the right amountof lubricant, these lubricators allowprecise control, assuringproper lubricationwhile reducingproduct contamination.The E-Prommemory assures that the lubricatorwill retain the specified programevenintheeventofapowerfailure.

MightyLube® Self-Contained Conveyor Lubricatorsrequireonlya120VACpowersource,noairpressure isneeded.Theunitscomepre-mountedonamodifiedrailsectionrequiringminimaldowntimeforinstallation.

The installation of a Mighty Lube® Central Reservoir Lubrication System isrecommendedwheremultipleconveyorsareinproximitytoeachother.Liketheselfcontainedunits,thelubricatingheadsarepre-mountedforeaseofinstallation.Thecentralreservoirsystemiseasilyexpandable,animportantfactorwhenconsideringfutureexpansion.

MightyLube®alsoproducesacompletelineofConveyor Brush Cleaning Systems.These high quality brush systems keep the rails and the chain in top condition,preventingbuildupandproductcontamination.

In2016,MightyLube®launchedthelatestadditiontotheMightyLube®permanentmonitoring system, our Next Generation Conveyor Monitoring System. Thisconveyormonitoringunit continues tooffermanyof the features thatwerefine-tunedovertheyears. It incorporatesseveraladditionaloptionswhichinclude:dogspacemonitoring, lubrication cyclemonitoring and expanded chainwear analysis.We alsomade other improvements in the hardware technology,which allows formoreprecise,accuratereadings.NextGenerationconveyorchainwearmonitoringisavailableformoststandardconveyortypes.
