An organically vinified Riesling from the skilful domaine, Albert Mann. The “Tradition” displays classic varietal aromas of citrus, lime, apple and hints of spice. Mouthwatering acidity on the palate expertly balanced with a smattering of minerality and great expression of fruit.
A classic Chablis from vines grown on the famous Kimmeridgian clay with nervy, mineral fruit but added depth from a small, around 10%, addition of some oak aged wine into the blend. This is very typical of the Motte style and gives a richness and balance to the wine.
Matured in oak barrels to add richness and density and stainless steel to preserve the freshness of the fruits. A palate of nectarine, peach, honeysuckle and fresh citrus fruits with buttery and hazelnut notes coming through mid-palate.
Bernard Vallet is regarded by many as one of the best wine makers in the village of Gevrey Chambertin. This is mature Burgundy but still drinking well with typical woody, mushroom and gamey flavours and a fresh finish.
Heady perfume of freshly picked irises and peonies. The fleshy luscious red berry fruit flavours are typically vivacious and are backed up with a touch of spice and good depth.
A classy Chateauneuf, with amazing balance and smooth strong body. Ripe, but not overdone. Black fruits ground pepper, incense and roasted herbs dominate the flavour. From The Rhone Valley, France, using the grape varieties Grenache and Syrah.

There are delicate aromas of elderflower and gooseberry with hints of peach and grass; it is fresh, light and perfectly piquant. It is dry and crisp on the palate with spades of minerality; it is a classic example of Touraine Sauvignon.
A classic Sancerre with freshly picked gooseberries aromas streaked with dry minerality on the palate.
A very harmonious and balanced wine with soft tannins, “Les Galets Rouges” is a sublime blend of spicy red and black berry fruits..
Slightly perfumed, ripe melon fruit on the nose. The palate is weighty and ripe but remains fresh and saline. This is the perfect example of the right grapes grown in the right terroir.
Very ripe, rich Madiran that takes no prisoners, this wine succeeds in obtaining more fruit than tannin! It displays notes of black fruit (blackcurrant and blackberry) along with just a hint of red fruit. There is a cedar-like creaminess to the oak which is extremely well-integrated.
Pale yellow in colour, the aromas are of gooseberries and elderflower with a grassy edge. Very fresh on the palate with primary flavours of pineapple and passion fruit. The finish is light and fresh. This makes for refreshing, uncomplicated drinking.

The Rutini family winemaking tradition began in the early 19th century in Le Marche, Italy, when Francisco Rutini started making wines for the inhabitants of his native town, Ascoli Piceno. Thereafter, his only son Felipe Rutini emmigrated to the Americas to extend the winemaking tradition.
It was in Coquimbito, Maipú, in the province of Mendoza Argentina that he planted his first vines, further starting the Rutini Wines legacy. Since its foundation in 1885, Rutini Wines has been recognized for its extraordinary quality and character of its wines. As Don Felipe Rutini built the winery under the slogan “Labor and Perseverance” he created a lasting legacy for top quality wines.

Showing pineapple, citrus and melon aromas complemented by vanilla overtones. Soft and full on the palate, generous tropical fruit flavours are joined by spicy notes.
Generous, up front and fruity with more crispness and minerality than is all too often lacking in Australian Sauvignons. None of the sweatiness but plenty of grip and liveliness on the tight finish.
Aromas of apple, pear and peach contribute to a gently fruity palate that is balanced with refreshing acidity.
