Fitting RIC and Order Process 1. Take an impression as if for a CIC device 2. Choose appropriate cable length by holding Measurement Tool snugly to

ear and measure to top of tragus 3. Confirm measurement by placing that size cable on ear 4. Complete Online Order Form for the RIC device and earmold; include all

necessary information 5. Print order form 6. Send impression and order form to Starkey Hearing Technologies

The Acoustic Configuration selected in the software must match the configuration connected to the device in order to accurately reflect the hearing aid response.
