It is designed for the production of connection-ready, pre-wired and functionally tested electri-cal products for the following areas:

For batch sizes starting at „1“, a modern CNC machine is used for completely machining mounting plates and a plasma cutter is used for making cutouts in doors and housings. This process results in cut edges with higher corro-sion protection. The CNC files are archived and are available for identical replicas..
In all implementation phases of a job our project engineer coordinates the required services, creates the project documentation and optimally steers the processes within the scope of the timetable and cost plan.

The copper busbars for the switching systems are manufactured in our own workshop, which has the appropriate cutting, punching and bending machines.

We pack our systems and products to suit the particular requirements of the transport method - also for air freight, sea freight etc.

MediuM voltage Switchgear
We have been planning, manufacturing and delivering medium voltage systems for years, used in power stations, substations, switching station and all types of industrial plants. Among others, we have also supplied systems for the medium voltage supply grids of power supply companies.
The primary components are planned and manufactured in collaboration with our system partners ABB and Schneider Electric. Comple-tion of the control system, system protection and telecontrol connections, as well as testing, installation and commissioning, are all perfor-med completely in-house.

The Elpro products are certified and conform to the relevant DIN EN standards. They are desig-ned for use in railway power supplies with rated voltages of 750 V GS and 1500 V GS.
As a Q-1 supplier we manufacture 15 kV swit-ching points (16 2/3 Hz) for the Deutsche Bahn.

Our test field is equipped with the latest test and measurement technology.All products and systems manufactured by us are subjected to individual tests in accordance with the requirements of DIN EN 61439-1 and DIN EN 60664-1 together with the product standards and project-specific specifications.
To prepare the systems for effective commissio-ning, basic parameterisation and programming of intelligent devices is performed in our test field using the appropriate software.

For software tests, we offer our customers the ability to perform complex tests on interconnec-ted automation systems.
