Philips Respironics issued a safety notice for Trilogy ventilators. This safety notice affects you only if both of the following conditions apply to your ventilator: • The ventilator uses software version 13.2.04, 13.2.05, 14.0.00, or 14.1.01 AND • The Dual Prescription (Primary and Secondary Settings) feature is set to ON Check the software version on your ventilator. The software version appears on the Startup screen and under Information in the Menu screen. If both of the above conditions apply to your ventilator, continue with the information and steps below. The Problem These ventilators may switch between Primary (1) and Secondary (2) settings after you press any key. And, the ventilator may not require you to confirm this change. What You Should Do After you press any key, check prescription number (1 or 2) in upper left corner of Monitor screen. Change to correct setting (Primary or Secondary) if necessary. What PHS Will Do PHS will change the software in your ventilator as soon as Philips Respironics makes the update available. PRODUCT ALERT!

Philips Respironics issued a safety notice for Trilogy ventilators. This safety notice affects you only if both of the following conditions apply to your ventilator:
