DETAILED SCOPE OF ACTIVITIES1.1 Corrosion Engineering1.1.1 Cathodic Protection Summary and Scope:

· Corrosion Mitigation (Cathodic Protection System) – Surveys, Design, material supply, implementation, Commissioning/Start-up, Monitoring & Maintenance.

· Drilling & Construction of Cathodic Protection Deep anode wells (Ground Beds) · Pipeline, Riser coating, cladding, survey and integrity checks.· Installation of internal Corrosion Monitoring systems, corrosion coupons, and ER probes. · Facility Grit / Sand Blasting and Painting.

1.2 Pipeline/Facility Integrity Management

As part of our services we perform the asset integrity management of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and fired heaters, etc.

1.3 Complete Installation Responsibility by Permel Nigeria Company Ltd.

We take complete installation responsibility for the cathodic protection system. PERMEL utilizes (where necessary) a network of installation sub-contractors working under the direct supervision of our field engineers and technicians to provide a complete installed system.

PERMEL provides a complete range of cathodic protection materials including anodes, rectifiers, splice kits, test stations, instruments and electronic assemblies. The company is particularly strong in the field of custom-designed and manufactured products.

PERMEL has long-term relationships with Original Equipment Manufactures products.

3.1 Material Procurement & Supplies (Foreign and Local)Our Procurement Division renders a specialised procurement functions as it relates to:

3.1.1 Mechanical Equipment and Materials Process skids – HHP separator, LP separator, Air Compressors, Separators, Filters knock out Drums, Pumps, Valves (Ball, Globe, Check & Gate). Flare Stacks, Flanges, Seals, Gaskets. All steel materials such as beams, channels, angels, Fittings – Elbows, Tees, etc

3.1.2 Electrical Equipment and Materials Transformers, Switchgear-HT & LT, Generators, Motors, Power Cables, Cable Trays, Jointing Kits, Lighting fittings, Containerised control room etc.
