Our Procurement ServicesPROCUREMENT CYCLE: PLANPlanning, the process of deciding what, when and how to buy at both a category and project level, is crucial in establishing clear objectives and outcomes including governance, timeframes and benefi ts realisation. OCM can assist your organisation to design category plans with full end to end analysis of spend; market analysis; procurement business cases; and procurement strategies including objectives and the benefi ts expected.

PROCUREMENT CYCLE: SOURCESourcing is the process of approaching the market, evaluating offers and negotiating and awarding contracts. OCM applies our market leading probity and procurement services in offering procurement and probity advice throughout the sourcing process helping to improve transparency, the development of robust sourcing documents, evaluation plan development and assistance, supplier fi nancial and probity checks and negotiation strategies.

PROCUREMENT CYCLE: MANAGE Managing is the process of ensuring that the ongoing objectives and benefi ts outlined in the business case or procurement strategy are realised. OCM’s expertise in benefi ts realisation and contract management can assist the parties to understand and implement obligations under the contract; ensure benefi ts are realised; assess contract extension options including the continuing viability of extension options against the current organisational and market conditions; and developing supplier relationship and supplier diversity plans.
