Main problems:

• Lack of personal touch:

– supervising each student separately before

and during the placement

– Personal contact with each organisation to

speak about each student aims and activities

during the placement

Improvement plans for placements:

• Personal supervisor-student meetings with each student and organisation

• Web-course to share and exchange information about the placement: included are college supervisor, student and supervisor from organisation
