For Permanent Residents: You may apply for a Tier B Tuition Grant, which will partially cover the costs of tertiaryeducation. If you take up a Tier B Tuition Grant, you will be required to secure employment and serve in aSingapore entity for three years upon graduation. For International Students: There is a limited number of Tuition Grants available for International Students, andthese are awarded on a competitive basis based on merit. You may apply for a Tier C Tuition Grant. If you takeup a Tier C Tuition Grant, you will be required to secure employment and serve in a Singapore entity forthree years upon graduation.
