    It is APAVE policy to ensure a safe , healthy and environmental friendly workplace for all employees. Wehave implemented HSE program which addresses fields of work where hazards and risks are all identifiedtogether with measures for eliminating or putting under control of known hazards and risks . APAVEmanagement demonstrates clearly identified commitment to the concept that safety is a responsibility of allemployees, from senior management to the temporary worker and committed resources to ensure safetyon all our job sites. APAVE HSE goal is tomaintain ZERO level of number of accidents and injuries,environmental accidents and that requires cooperation in all safety , health and environmental mattersbetween employees, and management. Only through this joint effort we can maintain an excellent safetyrecord. All APAVE employees are responsible for cooperation with all aspects of this safety, health& environmentprogram, including compliance with all rules and regulations from our clients for continuously practicingHSE while on the job. The HSE manager, Quality manager , project managers, head of sectors and

    supervisors have our full support in enforcing the provisions of this policy.Training and education are major components of the safety programme. Education by which is meantunderstanding of the nature of the hazard and risk and approaches to risk reduction. Through training andeducation all APAVE employees have increased awareness of risks and hazards which allows to them torecognize such conditions and to apply measures for elimination or control . Each employee is trainedabout HSE according to procedure established in APAVE and regularly knowledge is updated throughcourses held according to training plan. Through this education and training employees understand alsoeffects of exposures to all agents used in process as well as impact on environment . According toprocedure forEMERGENCY SITUATIONS employees are educated and trained how to react and which

    actions to undertake to minimize the losses and to minimize impact on the environment once an accidenthas occurred. At the start of each jobTool Box Talks are held together with clients representatives toaddress all issues of Safety, Health and Environment which can occur during work. ThroughMEASUREMENT , CONTROL & ANALYSISof information and records APAVE employees are makingreduction of nearmisses ,accidents as well as environmental accidents. APAVEs management also isready to conduct IDENTIFICATION OF THE COST OF LOSSES.This include measurement of number ofincidents, severity of incident and direct cost of damages , injuries and illnesses , loss in supervisory time,loss of productive time during accident investigation and clean up, retraining of replaced workers andamount of overtime to meet client demands. APAVEs employees must report all near misses , injuries ,accidents , environmental accidents to the responsible supervisor on site according to procedure for

    INCIDENT REPORTING AND INVESTIGATION. All HSE incidents are subject to managementinvestigation and control , on base ofR-CAT Technique which includes written description of the eventsthat occurred before and after as well as assessment of the factors that led to the accident. Root Cause Analysis Report ends with recommendations , which measures to undertake to prevent this incidents fromhappening again . APAVEs management, after reviewing of the incident report and lessons learned , allinformation is shared everywhere within company.
