As with any other information systems project, planning is a crucial element of the upgrade process. Proper project planning ensures that deadlines are met and over all implementation costs are reduced. Datanational’s approach will minimize the impact to your business that a normal project of this magnitude would have, while maximizing your investment.

Through many years of working with our PRMS client base, we have devel oped a successful PRMS version upgrade process. Our list of upgrade references speaks for the success of our process.

Upon initiation of the project, we establish a project team dedicated to the successful implementation of your upgrade. This team is responsible for project planning, program development, test data conversion, on-site testing with the users, readiness assessment, live date conversion, and on-site live date support. Datanational’s dedicated team approach provides consis-tency across the entire life of the project.

Members of Datanational’s upgrade team will be testing on-site with your users. Your users will work with Datanational’s team in a test environment on the upgraded version of the software. Your users will have their questions and issues addressed by the same software upgrade experts who converted the modifi-cations and wrote the conversion programs to the new release. After complet-ing the testing within each department, your team and our team will perform a function flow test across all business processes. This collaborative effort allows you to be fully prepared for a successful PRMS implementation.

PRMS 10.0 Upgrades

Our customized training program will cover net change from your current release of PRMS, to the latest version 10.0. Our efforts will be tailored to your specific requirements, including customized training documentation, class-room training, hands on system interaction, and any other user education requirements. With our training and education program, you will be better prepared to take advantage of the new sofware functionality and re-evaluate your existing system utilization.
