Prizes will be limited to one door prize per contestant. Participants in Prize No Prize are not excluded from random prize drawings. In the interest of all, contestants may be chosen on a random basis and not necessarily in the order buzzed in. Once a door prize has been awarded, clickers will be surrendered and contestant is not eligible for further prize drawings. Contestants agree to and do hereby indemnify, hold harmless and defend the Prize No Prize creators and its officers, agents and employees from every claim or demand made and every liability, loss, damage or expense, of any nature whatsoever. Permission has been obtained for the use of employee pictures contained herein, with the exception of some Cabinet members. Determination regarding the correctness of answers shall be at the sole discretion of the Prize No Prize creators and shall not be open for discussion. This permission in no way entitles same employees to the award of prizes. If either contestants or Prize No Prize creators hereto become involved in litigation arising out of the performance thereof, the court in such litigation, or in a separate suit, shall award reasonable costs and expenses to those who are the most engaging. It is understood and hereby reinforced that Management in no way condones the content of Prize No Prize and the contents of such program will not be used when evaluation of employees is imminent.
