The ‘Ginger Parkin’ combines traditional gingerbread, often associated with the Yorkshire area, with stunning flavours and textures. The tea in our ‘Earl Grey Tea’ macaron originates from Northumberland and perfectly complements hints of lemon and lavender in this vibrant treat. Silent Pool Gin from Surrey cuts through the

sweetness of the white chocolate in our exceptionally fresh Gin & Tonic Cake.
