Printing Comments for Verification—Secondary Teachers

To access the Comment Verification sheet

click the Grading tab.

Then click Comment Verification

Before printing your Comment Verification

click the More link (Less should be displayed)

for every student’s comment.

Comment Verification sheets fit better on the

page when the page layout is Landscape

Select your printer

Then click PRINT

When all comments have been expanded

right click anywhere on the browser window

and select Print

To Print your Learning Skills sheet, click the

Grading tab.

Then click Standards.

Printing Learning Skills—Secondary Teachers

All Learning Skill columns will fit better on the

page when the page layout is Landscape

Select your printer

Then click PRINT

When all Learning Skills columns are visible

right click anywhere on the browser window

and select Print

Make sure all six Learning Skill columns are

visible.

First click the cog wheel and select Show

Filter

In the Filter textbox type S9-12. then click

Apply. This will ensure only columns for the

selected reporting period are available.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and change

the Columns/Page to 6 (8 if you want the ESL/

IEP and Interview columns to be visible).
