    Principal Responsibilities :

    1. Achieve the agreed Project targets with appreciation of Ship Profit budgets.

    2. Identify major projects in the ME with key focus on Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman, Kuwait, Egypt

    and Iraq, investigate realisable potential for products and log on the Global Tracker.

    3. Identify all the decision makers on the target projects and define and communicate project

    decision trees.

    4. Drive all local activities necessary to position Energy for success with agreed priority

    projects.

    5. Collaborate with global project teams as may be assigned from time-to-time in pursuit of

    each major project to ensure on inter-territory projects local engineering house/OEM decision

    makers are identified, contact made and product specified. When project lead assignment is within

    the Middle East, assume responsibility for organising and driving global team activities. When lead

    assignment is outside of the Middle East, assume responsibility for all assigned activities within the

    Middle East.

    6. Develop, with the Product Management Teams, technical application data to support sales

    teams and distributors specification (specific to Middle East projects) selling at engineering

    houses/OEMs globally.

    7. Recommend price strategies for each project based on competitor intelligence and customer

    expectations by country and project within the ME.

    8. Lead and participate in tender vets and negotiations to win project business

    9. Cultivate and maintain relationships with the key decision makers at end users, OEMs and

    engineering houses, together with maintaining a network of contacts with appropriate government

    officials and regulatory bodies.

    10. To instil the relevance of project management/tracking to the Customer Service, Product

    and Sales Management teams globally to ensure visibility and focus on major projects. Cultivate

    channels to market to encourage project pursuit partnerships.

    11. Report weekly and monthly on the progress of the target projects, includingwon/lost/forecasted and other relevant data, as required.

    12. Provide input to Company directed S&OP process to ensure that project related activity is

    considered through supply chain and manufacturing.

    13. Ensure compliance with Co policy, business unit policy, safety and quality programme

    requirements. Execute to achieve key operating goals for safety, quality, on time delivery and lead

    time.

    14. Ensure technical knowledge and understanding of available products, systems and services is

    maintained at the highest level.

    Qualifications/Experience:

    Experiences

    Ideally, Bachelor in electrical engineering or business discipline, MBA preferred.

    Minimum 5 years experience in a senior project management position In Power business,

    preferably in the Middle East.

    Will have held positions in technical sales, external sales, product management and businessdevelopment

    Proven achievement of increasing project hit rates on major global projects, preferably in

    the Middle East.

    Proven experience of leading and managing a global team of sales people within a matrix

    structure.

    Comprehensive knowledge of industrial applications.

    Will have sold products and solutions, ideally valves or related industry products, into theMiddle East region.

    Main Responsibilities:

    - Project time line, workshop drawings, material submittals and obtaining consultant and

    client approval.

    - Coordination with main contractor and sub contractors all the works related to the project.

    - Preparing manpower and resources to execute daily activity.

    - Reviewing all the material request and specifications according to project specialization and

    standard.

    - Communicate with suppliers and vendors.

    - Reviewing the project payments budget and suppliers accounts to maintain the project cash

    flow.

    - Monitoring the project and solving any obstacles for smooth progress.

    - Reviewing project time lines periodic basis with coordination with main contractor activities.

    - Preparing all project correspondents with main contractor, consultant system requirement.

    - Preparing variation orders cost analysis, reviewing drawings.

    Main responsibilities:

    Heading the Electrical department (electrical site engineers, foreman) for the various projects

    under going.

    Internal communication Staff meetings.

    To ensure the Electrical Related activities in the projects to be completed in its given specified time

    Consultant and Client meetings regarding the material submittals/Drawings and progress of the

    project

    Advices to Engineers for Preparing Material Submittals, Design/shop, coordination Drawings & as

    built Drawings.

    Frequent Site visits for the various ongoing Projects.

    Liaison with vendors, suppliers, approving Authorities, involving Sub Contractors.

    Preparing comparisons material cost summary for the various suppliers to award the contract.

    Awarding subcontractors/Vendors the contract by issuing letter of Intent.

    Involving specialized contractors for the specialized systems like structured cabling, BMS System,

    security systems, Public address systems etc.

    Recruiting the workforce and Engineers for the Electrical Department.

    Monitoring the work progress at various sites by getting daily reports and site visits. /conducting

    weekly meeting with site engineers.

    Head Tendering and Pricing Department for the Electrical Works for the projects assigned.

    Main Duties:

    Reporting to the Construction Director you will be the main point of reference for the project

    company on all contractual matters, managing all contractual and technical issues (PPA, EPC, NGSA).

    Will follow up the plant construction with the assistance of the Construction Director to ensure that

    the contractor's work on site is performed properly in terms of quality, safety, schedule and budget

    in line with the EPC Contract.

    You will have overall responsibility for claim management and will be required to write and present

    contractual claims analysis with commercial, technical and legal inputs.

    Justify additional costs to the Construction Director and CEO of the Project Company.

    Answer contractual correspondence and ensure follow up letters are sent and received by the EPC

    Contractor. You will lead contract planning and negotiations and will coordinate contractual,

    commercial and legal issues.

    Requirements

    In addition to excellent project management skills you must have excellent commercial and

    negotiation skills and have a solid background in developing and managing complex technology

    based contracts. With specific experience of working on combined cycle (CCGT) power plant projectspreferably as a contractor you will have an excellent understanding of construction (EPC, PPA, NGSA)

    matters. Work experience in the Middle East is a plus.

    You must possess excellent communication and leaderships skills, and you should be able to work in

    a broad cultural spectrum
