AbouttheTrust
TheAcademyispartoftheTauheedulEducationTrust(TET).TETisoneoftheUK’sleadingeducationproviders.OriginallyestablishedintheNorthWest,theTrustnowrunsprimaryandsecondaryacademiesacrossthecountry.TETacademiesarelocatedinfiveclusterareas–Lancashire,GreaterManchester,WestYorkshire,theWestMidlandsandLondon.Academieswithintheclustersworktogethertoshareexpertiseandmaximiseopportunitiesandexperiencesforourpupils.TheTrustemploystheverybeststaffandinvestsheavilyintheircontinuingprofessionaldevelopment.StaffbenefitfromanextensiverangeofnationallyaccreditedtrainingprovidedbytheTauheedulCollegeforTeachingandLeadership.TheCollegealsoprovidespathwaysforourpupilsintocareersinteachingandeducation.Tauheedulschoolspromoteexcellenceineverythingtheydo.Ineveryschool,theentirestaffteam–workinginpartnershipwithparents–iscommittedtonurturingtoday’syoungpeopleandinspiringtomorrow’sleaders.

InSeptember2012wemovedintoournewbuilding.Thenewacademyisdesignedtoprovideanenvironmentthatallowsflexibilityoflearningandorganisationalarrangementsthatrespondtotheneedsofindividualsandgroupsofpupils.

1. Strategicdirectionanddevelopmentoftheacademya. Provideinspiringandpurposefulleadershipforthepupilswithinacaringandsecureenvironment.b. WorkinpartnershipwiththePrincipal,SeniorLeadershipTeam,LocalGoverningBody,Trust(TET),
staff,pupilsandparents ingeneratingtheethosandvalueswhichunderpintheacademyenrichedbymutualcareandrespectextendingintothelocalcommunity.
