About PRINCE2® Project Management
PRINCE2® is a project management methodology
practised and recognised on a worldwide scale.
It’s a clearly defined framework, based on a
published manual, “Managing Successful Projects
with PRINCE2®” - 2017 Edition”.
The PRINCE2® method is composed of 7
themes, 7 principles, and 7 processes that equip
practitioners with the knowledge to manage
projects in a range of environments.
In the updated 2017 edition of the manual,
there is a renewed emphasis on tailoring these
themes and processes to suit the project and
the organisational needs. This tailoring is now
examined at Foundation level, as well as at
Practitioner level.

This 2-day workshop is designed for teams as a progression from the PRINCE2®
Project Management Awareness.

working towards a certification.
PRINCE2® Foundation
In addition to preparing you to sit your official exam, the aim of this course is to
provide you with sufficient knowledge and understanding of the PRINCE2® methodology to be able to work
effectively as part of a project management team within an environment
supporting PRINCE2®.
PRINCE2® Practitioner
If you have achieved Foundation certification, PRINCE2® Practitioner training takes your understanding of the PRINCE2®
