What is it about?
• The Mentoring Program seeks to improve Apprenticeship retention rates through targeted mentoring and assistance to Apprentices and Trainees working in the primary and food industries.
Who is it for?
• This program is for ALL first year apprentices and trainees.
• You don’t need to have problems, we want to head off problems!
• We love talking to apprentices who don’t have problems – it helps us understand what makes for a good system
Why just 1st year apprentices?
• The first year of training has been identified as a key period when Apprentices are most at risk of withdrawing.

Reducing the risks for young drivers
