MULTI-STAGE SYSTEMS, AUTOMATIC AND CUSTOM EQUIPMENTOur philosophy of providing quality solutions that meet our clients’ needs allows us to develop custom Cleaning Equipment and Systems in 2 areas:

1. MULTI-STAGE SYSTEMS (MANUAL / AUTOMATIC)

The outstanding characteristic of this line is that it offers several tanks with functions adapted to industrial processes. These systems comprise:

- Ultrasonic cleaning + rinsing.- Ultrasonic cleaning + rinsing + drying.- Ultrasonic cleaning + rinsing + passivation + drying.- Any other combination that adapts to the client’s needs.

2. AUTOMATIC AND CUSTOM EQUIPMENT

Our technical department is focused on adapting solutions to our clients’ needs. We develop equipment based on the requirements of demanding industrial processes within highly specialised industries such as the aeronautical, optical, automotive and pharmaceutical sectors. We manufacture special equipment regardless of size or capacity and develop the automatisms needed to adapt them to their production requirements.

STANDARD MODELSThe standard industrial range encompasses units with a capacity between 30 and 7000 litres. They are especially designed for cleaning, descaling and stripping all kinds of parts, components and accessories.

All the units in this line (starting from 75 litres) can incorporate a lifting platform to facilitate the loading and unloading of parts. They can also be fitted with filtering, oil separation and water treatment systems, among others.

ULTRASONIC SETS: GENERATOR + EMITTERWe also have Ultrasonic Cleaning Sets comprising a generator and its corresponding emitter boxes, developed for installation in existing tanks.

All the ultrasonic sets can be supplied in 28 or 40 kHz (sweep system), multiple frequency 40-90 kHz and Multitech (35-70- 105 kHz), depending on the process to be carried out and always with the aim of obtaining maximum effectiveness.

In addition to the standard sizes, we offer the possibility of developing sets in special sizes with the anchoring system that best adapts to your needs.

MULTITECH GENERATORSVariable-frequency generator with three types of selectable frequency: 35 kHz, 70 kHz and 105 kHz. Suitable for intense and precision cleaning in industries that require high-precision cleaning, such as the optical, pharmaceutical, automotive and electronics sectors.

Custom emitters with 30 µm hard chrome coating.

COMPLEMENTARY CLEANING PRODUCTSTierra Tech® boasts a comprehensive range of cleaning products that have been painstakingly and specifically developed for use in its Ultrasonic Cleaning Systems. They are highly efficient and protect the parts and materials in the cleaning, descaling and paint stripping processes. They are mostly used in a proportion of between 2% and 5% of the vat’s volumetric capacity and are essential in obtaining 100% efficiency in the ultrasonic action on the pieces.

The choice of the right product, with the advice and experience derived from the lengthy presence in the market of Tierra Tech®, is very important so as to obtain optimal results in regard to quality and lead times.
