1. ORDER: • Non-binding order: The term can be pre-ordered free of charge for an option for 14 days or as agreed. If the term of the expiration of the option is not binding, the booking is considered canceled. • Binding order: Booking of the term is considered binding after the payment of the first advance payment.

2. TERMS OF PAYMENT: The first advance payment is 500 EUR. This is a non-refundable deposit, which represents a binding reservation. 31 days before the wedding date, a second advance payment of 80% of the calculated amount must be paid by bank transfer. The remaining 20%, or real surcharge will be paid after the wedding, at least 14 days, whereby final bill will be immediately after the wedding. 3. CANCELLATION POLICY: 60 days and more before the start of the wedding - a cancellation fee of the amount of the advance payment paid. 30 days and less before the wedding - a cancellation fee of 80% of the agreed amount of the ordered services. If the number of people is reduced compared to the confirmed number of people before the wedding or wedding day, the hotel reserves the right to charge a full cancellation fee for each logged-in person 4. RENTAL: Rental of wedding hall is FREE of charge until midnight. After midnight, EUR 50 is charged for each further hour. We do not charge any surcharge for staff during the wedding. Wedding space is available to guests until 04:00 a.m., unless otherwise agreed. The maximum capacity of the Symphony Hall is up to 100 people. The maximum capacity of the Cassovia Ballroom is between 100 and 350 people, and the Olive Tree Restaurant can accommodate up to 60 people. In case of interest, the young

couple and the guests are at the nearby GRATIS lounge. If the number of persons is reduced by more than 20% compared to the first confirmed number of persons, the hotel reserves the right to change the wedding hall. The hotel reserves the right to clear any damage caused by wedding guests, as well as a fee for excessive pollution of the interior, within the meaning of the General Business Conditions of Interhouse, a.s. 5. WEDDING DECORATION: As part of the Silver and Bronze package, we provide GRATIS with basic table-topping including cloth napkins, soothers and bows in white. For the Gold and Diamond packages we provide GRATIS festive table sets, including colored napkins and candles in color of your choice, festive head chairs and white bows. Unless otherwise agreed, the decoration of wedding hall can be realized only on the wedding day. 6. MUSIC: Within each wedding package, we provide GRATIS podium for a music group or DJ and a dance floor with an area of up to 100m2. We do not charge any extra charge for the energy of DJs. 7. RULES OF PROCEDURE In the period of 5 to 3 days before the wedding reception, the hotel reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of EUR 25 for each logged-in person and in case of a reduction of the number of persons 2 days before the wedding, the hotel reserves the right to charge a full cancellation fee for each logged-out person.

8. WEDDING MENU: • Wedding Packages: We have four wedding packages, in different price calculations. For children under the age of 10 we offer a discount of 30% of the package price. Specific Wedding Menus must be agreed at least 2 weeks in advance in cooperation with the responsible manager. Choosing a single menu for guests is a prerequisite. We can also prepare a gluten-free and vegetarian version on request. Selecting dishes outside the menu requires a new calculation and the price may increase. All prices are inclusive of 20% VAT. • Wedding cake and desserts: It is not possible to bring your own desserts and snacks during the wedding (the condition does not apply to cake for exposition and desserts in the gift boxes) Wedding cake is included in the price of each package and its size depends on the package selection. Our candies will cook it according to your wishes. The price of the cake over the package is from 12.00 EUR / kg. Each of the individual packages also includes desserts that can be picked out from our rich dessert menu. The price of cakes beyond the package is from 0.50 EUR / piece. If you are interested, we will wrap you in the boxes as a courtesy. We charge a 1.00 EUR / box for boxing • Alcohol, wine, soft: If we bring our own wine and alcohol, we charge a fee of 3.00 EUR / person and in the case of own soft drinks we charge a cork of 2.00 EUR / person. Guests can bring their goods a day before the wedding, based on an individual agreement with the manager, which also ensures the taking and safe storage of the goods.

9. AFTER THE WEDDING Real consumption billing runs just after the wedding. The responsible manager will provide the client with a clearing document that the client agrees and signs. The supplement is reimbursed no later than 14 days. The remaining desserts and drinks are wrapped by our guests and taken away immediately after

the wedding. during the next morning after an individual agreement with the manager. 10. ACCOMMODATION OF WEDDING GUESTS For wedding guests we offer a reduced price of accommodation 59.00 EUR / night / room without breakfast. Breakfast is for a supplement of EUR 16.00 per person.
