Cel mai mare cost a fost inregistrat la un apartament cu 3 camere (suprafata utila de 67 m2) cu pozitionarea cea mai putin favorabila din bloc, avand 3 pereti expusi la exterior, unde s-a realizat un necesar pentru incalzire la consumul real efectiv de 43,7kwh/mp/an. Astfel, se situeaza la 47% din target-ul national stabilit prin ordonanta de urgenta Guvernului nr. 18 din 2009 (tinta OUG: consumului anual specific pentru încalzire sub 100 kW/mp/an).
The highest cost was recorded in a 3 room apartment (67 m2 usable area) with the least favorable position in the block. This apartment had the greatest need for effective insulation as three of its walls are exposed to the exterior weather conditions. Despite this, the energy consumption for this apartment was less than half that witch is required by Government Emergency Ordinance no. 18 of 2009 (target GEO: specific annual consumption for heating below 100 kW / sqm / year). The real consumption for this apartment was 43,7 kwh/sqm/yr
Mai mult, mentionam ca acest consum a fost inregistrat in luna februarie 2012 unde media temperaturilor inregistrate zilnic a fost de -15grade, temperatura in interiorul locuintei fiind constanta in jurul a 23 grade.
Furthermore, this consumption was registered in February 2012 where the average daily temperature was -15 degrees Celsius. The average temperature inside the apartment during this period was 23 degrees Celsius.
