The patent is owned by the German company Kugler Womako. Use it to bind a blocks, reports, business gifts, calendars, planners and all items that are normally bound with a metal or plastic coil binder.
A NEW SPACE FOR ADVERTISING
Cardboard branded binders offers a new marketing solution. Print on the rings opens brand new and unusual advertising space.
Branded rings are visible even when the block is open. Thus, you can keep your massage in front of the eyes of you clients or business partners all the time.
There are no limits in terms of color and design of the rings. It is possible to brand each ring separately.
Paper rings are durable and will not open or twist like a metal or plastic coils during transportation or use.
FULLY RECYCLABLE
The cardboard branded ring is an organic product – 100% recyclable. Traditional metal or plastic coils in order to be recycled need to be separated from the block. Only a few people do it in practice because it`s a job that requires a lot of time and skills. Also, it can cause injuries on hands.
ECOLOGY – TAKE A STAND
Paper based products bound by cardboard rings can be directly inserted into the machine for shredding and recycling. It is a significant contribution to environmental protection and your safety from any kind of injuries.

Cardboard branded rings are more economical than traditional types of binding (metal or plastic coil)
The cardboard binder is made of the 300g glossy art paper.The strength of these binding rings is achieved by wrapping several layers of thin cardboard and gluing them with eco tested hot glue.
The covers of your product can be made of many types of cardboard, with a matte or glossy finish, or you can use some special papers for covers.
The maximum number of pages that can be bound is about 75 sheets of 80g offset paper, 8mm thick with covers.
You can print inside paper in one or 4 colors (CMYK) as well as the covers. It depends from your design. Also, you can use finishing options as: matte or gloss lamination, stamping, blindruck (dry stamp), hard and soft covers.
