TTC will be required to contribute approximately 1 hour per week for planning; 2 hours per week 60 days before camp, 4 hours per week 30 days before camp. Pre Camp Responsibilities:

1. Participate in planning retreats, meetings and conference calls2. Coordinate monthly conference calls for Training Team3. Work with CD to create Training Agenda4. Create or modify (if necessary) curriculum for Action Planning5. Create or modify (if necessary) curriculum for Family Group6. Prepare all training materials7. Communicate closely with TT and CD8. Serve on Volunteer Selection Committee 9. Work with trainers to ensure division of training duties10. Prepare activities for Activity night (games for campers)11.
