My Answers: When did he first start rowing ?He started

rowing at 18yrs old in university. His goal over the next two years is to stay at

the top of the field in the single sculls and bring home the elusive Olympic Gold from London in 2012.

At the 2009 World Rowing Championships he defeated his own World Record in the single and pushed it to 6:33.35!

Facts on Mahe Drysdale: Mahe Drysdale started rowing in

university at 18 years old. Mahe Drysdale has so far won 4 world

championship titles, and an Olympic gold medal.

Mahe Drysdale has beet his time for 5km his holding time is 15:11.

Mahe Drysdale was born in Melbourne Australia. He attended Tauranga Boys College.

Mahe Drysdale is going to the next Olympics in London.
