Continuous research and development of the Product range has lead to the introduc- tion of the new PTB positive displacement blowers. This range of heavy-duty industrial units is designed specifically for the toughest dry bulk transfer applications. They provide oil free, self regulating and smooth volumetric flow, that prevents clog- ging of the product line. Gears: Helical gears located on the opposite drive side. Bearings: Four oversized bearings for lifetime reliability. Oil reservoir: Large oil reservoir for improved bearing lubrication. Oil thrower: Oil thrower and oil passages for good bear- ing lubrication and long life. Seals: An innovative and unique design that includes 4 piston rings and a shield to insure an oil free operation. Shaft seals: Innovative dynamic shaft seals arrange- ment, with dust cover.
