« …. La Cendrillon 2010 has a pretty garnet colour, graceful and limpid. Her fragrance is a subtle blend of small red berries and smoky barrel. Slender and round at the same time; the woody notes are parts of her charm. In a few months, she will be very appealing. »

Vintage 2008
« …With this cuvée of Cendrillon, for me, it is remarkable to have such a natural freshness with a 2008 vintage from this region, from this appellation… This is something very noble… Here, we have a very natural wine, with an extraordinary density, with freshness… I found the wine was doing very good with guinea fowl − especially when this poultry is farmed correctly with space and good food because it is still the kind of poultry with tastes of game − with some morels cooked in a juice of dried morels. Such a food supplement is perfect for such an elegant wine… »

Vintage 2011
Interestingly powerful for a chewy wine structured with blended tannins. One senses a sunny wine beneath the extractions of low yield Syrah, Grenache and Carignan grapes.

Vintage 2008« Here we have a very well made wine with a superb ageing potential: the nose adds some notes of black fruits, a smoky and mineral hint, the mouth is warm, with an elegant texture and freshness. »

January - February 2012
Vintage 2011 Highly representative of La Cendrillon domain's style and backed by the recommendation of Eloi DÜRRBACH of Domaine de Trevallon, this wine immediately seduces by its very smooth tannins and aromatic intensit. Developed from 40% Syrah, 30% Grenache and 30% Carignan grapes, it originates from old vines planted on the high and medium terraces of the Orbieu river. With a rich ruby red garnet robe, it opens on a powerful nose of raspberry, strawberry, blackcurrant and violet liquorice. Ample and structured, it is strengthened by fine and elegant tannins.
