INCIDENTS • A report was received at 10:24 p.m. Thursday that a blue bicycle was found in the 2700 block of Fox Run Parkway. • A report was received at 11:37 p.m. Thursday of a loud party along Valley Road. Three individuals were ar- rested on various charges, while three others were cited for underage alcohol consumption. • A report was received at 8:18 a.m. Friday that someone had wrote on an apartment door with a marker. • A sheriff’s office report was re- ceived at 4:25 p.m. Thursday that a wallet had been stolen from a female.
