COMPANY PROFILE
Digital Quality Studio is a Spanish digital retouching company, specialized in e-commerce. Founded in January 2016, it has retouchers with more than 10 years of experience in the sector.
The essence of Digital Quality Studio are our own retouchers. At DQS, we prioritize human and professional quality; so we have versatile and effective retouchers with a lot of experience behind them. Likewise, we are also specialized in digital fashion retouching, so, in addition to e-commerce, we have worked in fashion editorials, such as Women’Secret or Fifty Factory, among others.
The photographic and retouching world is constanly changing. For this reason, DQS invest in professional training for our retouchers. Thus, we stay informed about market news, reclecting it on the quality of our photographs.
The structure of Digital Quality Studio is totally digital. There isn’t physical establishment, so our team has total freedom to live anywhere. However, this is not an impediment to the proper functioning of work, because we have a constant communication between the retouchers themselves and the brands. In this way, the retouchers feel comfortable to organize their own work and time, always respecting the delivery intervals that brands ask for.
The company is formed in several departments. The management department maintains a constant communication with the brands and the first coordinator, worrying about how it can improve our service. The coordination department organizes the photographic folders that are received daily from the brands, distributes them and supervises them before sending them. On the other hand, the base of the company is our retouchers, although the number varies according to the volume of work. Finally, the communication department is responsible for carrying out tasks of press, social media and public relations.

SERVICES
At DQS, we dedicate our largest volume of work to the digital retouching of e-commerce. However, we also have experience in fashion editorials.
Within e-commerce, we offer the following services:
- Personal advising during the whole process.
- Non-destructive digital retouching of the image, both model, plane and accessories.
- Image processing from RAW to final delivery.
- Our objective is to speed up the procedure through the automation, which is analyzed in the prior meeting to the start of the project. In this way, we save our time so that the product reaches our customer as soon as possible.

Regarding fashion editorials:
- The digital retouching of fashion editorials requires a more artistic process and special care because it takes more time.
- Therefore, we don’t use automation because each treatment of the image is unique.
Below we detail the process that we follow for the digital retouching of e-commerce:
1. If clients wish, we carry out the audit of the image.
2. After that, the reception of the photographic folder with the client’s own guidelines takes place.
3. Adaptation to the formats.
4. Color treatment and image retouching.
5. Supervision under quality rules.
6. Delivery of the final file.

BRANDS
During these years we have offered our services to international fashion brands such as the Tendam Group (Cortefiel, Springfield, Pedro del Hierro, Women’Secret, Fifty Factory), Inditex Group (Pull&Bear, Massimo Dutti), Mango, Violeta by Mango and Desigual. Likewise, we have worked for fashion photography and advertising studios such as Kreoidea or L’Officiel Hommes Magazine.

PHILOSOPHY

We supervise that each retoucher works with the best technological equipment in optimal conditions to carry out our digital retouching. The perfect combination to find the best photographic quality possible.
We respect the times marked by fashion brands. The coordination team is attentive during the day to answer e-mails, last-minute messages and folders that we receive urgently. We resolve these issues quickly and effectively to discharge brands in ther daily work.
