Responsibility: administration of the park’s interior lands and 700 buildings.
Staff: expertise in environmental science, historic preservation and restoration, operations and maintenance, landscape design, planning, resource management, real estate development, law….

It has been very interesting to see how the Presidio Trust, as a public organization, is managing all of its heritage. How it deals with developers, contractors, private architectural firms and all kind of different tenants, achieving its main purpose of safeguarding a public land, with a very long and interesting history.
