In a recent visit to the Chicago branch, John Schultz, Kevin Schoenheider and Linnea Chrest saw first hand the new hood and work area. Rick Fehring conducted a tour of the facility. Marc Sherman explained the construction of the hood and facility issues with the installation. Rick Fe-hring and John Schultz discussed various safety and training issues. John, Kevin and Linnea were in the Chicago area attending the 2015 Davisware/Global Edge User Conference.

Q. Why can’t I scan directly into Global Edge (GE)?

A. Scanning directly into GE is no longer supported, you can scan to a directory, and then add

that scan to GE.

Q. Is it okay to listen to internet radio at work?

A. As long as you are not connected to a GP network through direct cable or WIFI.

Did you know? By using the Ctrl & A key on your keyboard you can copy data in a GlobalEdge display

box, then use the Ctrl & C keys to copy the data for insertion into an Excel spreadsheet. Open the excel

spreadsheet, place your cursor where you want to place the copied data and press the Ctrl & V keys.
