Serving those who feed the nation
Wow, what a start to the year! The first four months of this year have really kept us hopping. Business is strong, and our newest op-erations in Pensacola and St. Louis are off to good starts. Hopefully, the momentum will continue for the rest of the year. We recently were added as an Elkay Authorized
Parts and Service agency in all locations. We have
started to receive calls in a few branches, and the
service rates they pay are above the street rates cur-
rently in effect in most of our locations. More and
more manufacturers have come to realize that there
is a higher cost to providing good service. Our chal-
lenge is to make sure that they and all of our cus-
tomers receive the value for which they are paying.
A couple of Milestones to note. In May 2015, we
exceeded 300 employees and our inventory is more
than $5,000,000. Bruce Worth Knowing

Chicago Branch shows off new hood and warehouse
In a recent visit to the Chicago branch, John Schultz, Kevin Schoenheider and Linnea Chrest saw first hand the new hood and work area. Rick Fehring conducted a tour of the facility. Marc Sherman explained the construction of the hood and facility issues with the installation. Rick Fe-hring and John Schultz discussed various safety and training issues. The staff in Lombard Illinois are very proud of their new facility and rightfully so. The facility is designed to house the inven-tory for the Chicago area as well as provide am-ple work space to rebuild Rational Ovens, which is the primary responsibility of Marc Sherman. John, Kevin and Linnea were in the Chicago area attending the 2015 Davisware/Global Edge User Conference.
