Every pay period week that finish at the 2 Star Executive Rank or higher you will receive an additional

bonus of $230.77. This is added to your commissions and you can spend it however you like.

addition to their regular commissions. This bonus will be added to their commissions for the pay period

OPTIONSHIP = Graded Silver Coin(s) of the Month

POW offers valuable graded coins on a recurring basis. These coins are graded by the most recognized and

most respected coin grading companies in the world. Each coin comes encased in durable clear plastic

which ensures that the coin will stay in pristine condition. As an Associate (or higher), you receive 50BV for

every graded in your organization. The BV points are added to the Team totals the same way the Benefits

Program points are added. There is one additional feature to help build points faster. When Associates

purchase more than one coin in a transaction, the BV for the additional coins is added to the purchasing

Associate’s smaller Team’s BV total. This is an extremely strong feature of our plan!

Prorating

If the total commission payout is calculated to be more than the 75% of BV volume, then the 75% cap will

be enforced. The proration begins with the 10% Executive Matching Bonuses for 2nd generation until it is

decreased by up to 25%. If a 25% decrease of 2nd level matching bonuses is still not enough to keep the

total payout under the cap, we then continue to prorate the 1st level Matching Bonuses. If that is still not

enough, the Team Commissions will be prorated to meet the 75% cap. The first Team Bonus earned by any

Associate is never prorated.

Definitions

1. ACTIVE: Your Business Center becomes Active by accumulating at least 50 PBV. As an Active Associate, you are

eligible to receive commissions on sales. Begin accumulating Bonus Volume toward Cycle Bonuses on the sales

volume of your sales organization in addition to Sales Organization Bonuses on sales by other Associates in your

network.

2. ASSOCIATE: Any person that chooses to participate in the POW Compensation and has received the company’s

Terms and Conditions, and agrees to the ASSOCIATE agreement. They will do not receive commissions or other

bonuses until they make a sale of a product of service. They are of legal age or valid legal entity.

3. BONUS VOLUME: These are points generated by and attached to sales of various products and services. The

points are commonly called “BV”. They accumulate and are used to calculate commissions. In order to accumulate

volume, the Independent Associate must be Active.

4. NETWORK / GENEALOGY / ORGANIZATION: This is a series of relationships of Business Centers that determine

the flow of BV and commissions. A maximum of two Business Centers can be placed directly to any given Associate

below you on your Binary Team: one on the right side, and one on the left side. Thereafter, each one of them can

have two other Business Centers attached. Your Binary Network can go to an unlimited number of Independent

Associates in depth. Your position in the Binary Team is referred throughout the plan as a Business Center.

5. OPTIONSHIP: The Subscription based offering of graded coins. Optionship is our version of what other

networking companies call Autoship. The graded coins are verified by the top grading companies in the world and

are guaranteed for their authenticity. Each graded coin is worth 50BV for the upline of the customer.

6. MAINTENANCE: The standard of performance involving an Independent Associate that is required for that

Independent Associate to continue to be Active and/or Qualified after meeting the initial qualification requirements.

7. PAY PERIOD: Commissions are calculated and paid weekly with a one-week delay. Commissions are paid 9 days

after the end of each pay period which is Sunday morning through Saturday night Central time.

8. Personal BV (PBV): Business Volume that you personally generate is called PBV. Selling a Membership or

purchasing Optionship / graded coins will generate PBV. This is some of the criteria used to determine rank.
