Entry will not be granted without a valid ticket. Children 12 years and under will require a child ticket for entry and must be accompanied by an adult. If you need to leave the event site once gates are open you will need to obtain a pass out wristband. FOOD AND DRINK There will be a number of food vendors selling a variety of food at this event. Water and non-alcoholic drinks will also be available. You are welcome to bring your own picnic but we encourage you to try some of the delicious food options available. An ATM will be available on site. This is an alcohol and smoke free event. Bags will be checked upon entry. TIMING Gates open to the public at 4pm and close at 8pm at which point entry will not be allowed. SET TIMES 4pm - 4.40pm – Spacey Jane 5pm - 5.40pm – Heaps Good Friends 6pm - 6.40pm – LANKS 7pm - 7.40pm – Asta 8pm - 9.30pm – The Jungle Giants GETTING THERE AND BACK There will be designated parking areas at the event, however, we anticipate these will fill quickly so car- pooling or catching public transport is strongly recommended. Event parking can be accessed off Ariti Avenue or Noonan Drive. Please follow the direction of all parking marshals and do not park on the street verge. Patrolling rangers may issue infringements for vehicles causing an obstruction. Overflow car parking will be available at the City of Wanneroo Civic Centre and Wanneroo Central Shopping Centre. A free shuttle bus will be running from both car parks, picking up from areas marked on the map below. When waiting for the shuttle bus please assemble at the designated points only. If you are getting dropped off please use the drop off point on Noonan Ave. Transperth bus number 468 passes the Wanneroo Showgrounds and departs from both Whitfords and Joondalup train stations. ENTRY TERMS & CONDITIONSPLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO BREACH THESE GUIDELINES AS ADMISSION WILL BE REFUSED

No Antisocial BehaviourSecurity and event management reserve the right to refuse admission or to eject patrons for behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance or annoyance or for failure to comply with reasonable requests. Intoxication, aggressive or anti-social behaviour is unacceptable and will result in ejection from the venue. Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated. Any person who behaves in this manner may also be removed or handed to the Police.

No AlcoholStrictly no alcohol can be brought into the venue. If you arrive intoxicated you will be refused entry.

No GlassStrictly no glass can be brought into the venue. This includes drink bottles, glasses, jars and any other containers or items made of glass.

No Metal CutleryStrictly no metal cutlery can be brought into the venue. This includes cheese knives. Disposable wooden and plastic cutlery is permitted.

No UmbrellasStrictly no umbrellas can be brought into the venue.

No Cameras and Recording DevicesProfessional recording or photography equipment (including drones) will not be permitted at this event unless you are an accredited media representative. Media and professional photographer accreditation must be arranged with the City of Wanneroo prior to the event.

Recording of stage performances using audio, video or photographic equipment is not permitted. Unauthorized or prohibited photography may result in images being deleted by security staff.

We can’t judge beforehand if your camera will be deemed professional. It’s up to security staff on the day, and debate will not be entered into. The best option is to leave SLR cameras at home and bring a ‘point and shoot’ camera instead. Generally, cameras with powerful zoom lenses or multiple lenses in a carry case are not allowed. Permission is at the discretion of the City.

No SmokingThis is a smoke free event. There will be a designated smoking area outside of the venue; smoking is not permitted in any other area.

Security & Bag ChecksPrior to entry we are required to execute a full search of your accompanying bags, to ensure you are not in possession of alcohol or other prohibited items. Event management and security staff reserve the right to confiscate or refuse entry should any items or behaviours be deemed dangerous, hazardous, intimidating or offensive to patrons.

SeatingYou are welcome to bring a small picnic rug and/or fold up camping chairs. There will be designated ‘seating’ areas for picnic rugs and low and high-back chairs. Please be mindful to not block the view of others around you. Tents, large items of furniture and inflatable furniture are prohibited at this event.

WeatherWe play rain or shine so please wear appropriate clothing for the forecasted weather conditions. Umbrellas are not permitted at the event.

If it rains, the show will go on. The show will only be cancelled if conditions are deemed dangerous. The decision to cancel a show will be made on the day of the concert. In the event of inclement weather, patrons should check www.facebook.com/CityofWanneroo/ BEFORE departing for the show for messages regarding traffic, parking or wet weather arrangements.

Event PhotographyAs a condition of entry, you accept that photographs and video footage of you in the crowd may be used for future marketing purposes.

Other $ Occasionally changes to the line-up or program

times occur that are out of event management’s control. Management reserves the right to change the line-up without prior notification.

$ City of Wanneroo accepts no responsibility for any loss, injury or damages sustained entering or within the venue whether caused by the negligence of the City of Wanneroo or otherwise.
