To effectively monitor student traffic in the library, teachers are issued six yellow laminated passes. These passes contain the teacher’s name, room #, and are numbered 1-6.

No more than 6 students may come unsupervised from any class at any time.

Students will return to class with a paper library pass that is time and date-stamped to indicate the time the student left the library. The laminated library passes will then be placedin the teacher’s box for reuse. In order to keep up with library passes, it is advisedthat teachers keep a log of students who use the passes.
