Many of us make conscious efforts to maintain the best shape of
our lives before marriage through various activities like exercise,
sports, gumming , household etc.But it surprisingly, becomes
helpless after marriage to battle with the weight gain issues.
This leads me to ask this question:
Why women change after marriage?
When women are single, they take more care of their self to look younger and healthier. Once they got married they tend to go with the foods that their husband or children like, rather than eating what they prefer. Also Many of women end up eating foods that are left out at the end of the day, thinking it will go a waste.
pregnant women tend to overeat during this period and become inactive, also they believe that they need to eat a lot more than they actually do and they need to slow down and relax more than they do. Secondly, pregnant women crave for less healthy foods, which compound to the problem.
After marriage women tend to be sensitive and start feeling stressed, disrespected, rejected hopeless and helpless, so they become nervous
and start fighting.
Many women become careless of their appearance since they fall in the chores
of their everyday lives, so after a long day of cooking, cleaning and taking care of the children they become so tired and
forget to look to their self .
