� The company

•  Inversiones La Colorada E.I.R.L has been working for 2 years in the national and international markets, with distribution in more than 30 shops in the capital city,as well as intermediaries and other companies and direct delivery to customers, ecolgical and gastronomical fairs such as Mistura.

•  We are a company made up of Crystal Logan, an English woman living in Peru, with more than 10 years in Latin America. She has completed studies in both business administration as well as economics. She has experience in management in a number of areas such as tourism, hotels and food and beverage.

•  A young, talented, dynamic team who speak a number of languages such as Spanish, French and English and who is continually trained in production, sales, distribution, publicity and events.

� La Colorada comes from the nickname given to Crystal when she arrived to Peru. It is a pet name for blondes. As she is involved in all aspects of the company, it bears her name.

� �  Our farm is located 15 minutes from Huancabamba, in the National

Reserve Biósfera Oxapampa Ashaninka Yanesha.

�  We have 23 hectares of land at an altitude of 1900 metres above sea level which gives us the best altitude and growing climate for our products, and for our reforestation projects (we currently have 20 hectares of pine trees).

�  There are also coffee plantations, peppers, pineapples, corn among

other crops on the ranch. �  We work in an organic way, respecting the environment.

� �  On the ranch there is a guesthouse which has 11 bedrooms each with

private bath which allows guests to enjoy the best of the tranquility and nature of the area.

�  Activities include: Guided hikes of the coffee plantations and other crops, trips to the waterfalls, typical cuisines among others.

Our Ecological Ranch - La Colorada

� � Our company is dedicated to the cultivation and

production of a number of products of the highest quality, those which stand out include coffee and bee’s honey.

� We have un- roasted coffee, roasted coffee (whole bean/ ground); bee’s honey, pollen and propolis among others (detailed in the presentation of La Colorada products.

� We can take large orders and personalize products to the needs of the client.

•  We have taken part twice in the international gastronomical fair Mistura - El Gran Mercado with great success from the local public and overseas market.

•  Expo Café 2015 was a great platform to promote our Premium coffee line.

•  Every Sunday, we take part in diverse ecological fairs in Lima. •  In 2015, we were invited and sponsored the Festival de Cine

Gourmet / Perú in Providencia, Santiago •  We visit and network in SCAA and other international fairs.

� Yachaywawa

�  La Colorada gives a percentage of sales of our products

to  Yachaywawa A.D.I., an association which aims to support and develop the social, intellectual and emotional capacity of young people from marginal urban areas.

�  Using education as the main tool for progress, strengthening autonomy and truth and well as discipline.

�  Yachaywawa is a school which promotes freedom and responsibility.

� La Colorada in Pampa Chica

�  La Colorada donates to a number of projects

in the region of the ranch and is dedicated to improving the quality of life of the local residents and sees education as one of the key toold for developing a diginifed and fulfilled life. 

�  In 2015, we built a primary school in the area by the ranch where 20 students receive classes at no cost.
