    Area of Concern Quality of goods and services is concern . E-

    commerce firms need to focus on this. Security ispromised but not always delivered.Increasedinvestment in securities will bring morecustomers to this platform.

    Establishing trust and winning confidence is noteasy. Brick and motar stores tend to be moretrusted.

    Delivery times tend to be a problem. Too manycases of late delivery or damaged goods have

    made buyers suspicious. Logistics must improve .
