Monday will be delivered on a Tuesday*. Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on a Monday*. Orders placed over a weekend will be delivered on a Tuesday.*

• *Subject to order confirmation from Floriat and proof of payment.• We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time during the day.

• Order and Delivery confirmation• A confirmation email with your invoice will be sent through to your email address.

• Weekend Deliveries• We do not have a delivery service available for weekends.

• Own Courier Collections/ Post Office• You are welcome to collect or send your own courier company to collect. We will confirm the date and time when the package will be ready for collection.

Please forward the details of the 3rd party that will be collecting on your behalf. Please note that we only deliver to physical addresses and cannot send items with The Post Office.

• Delivery of Multiple Gifts• Gifts are packaged individually to protect them during transit. Multiple gifts sent to the same address will be charged for individually. There are exceptions

where multiple gifts can be placed into one box (favours & occasions). We will negotiate a delivery fee with The Courier Company for large orders.

• International Deliveries• Please note that we only deliver in South Africa. International shipping is not a cost effective option; we would suggest sourcing a local hamper company in

the country of your choice.

• Undeliverable Packages • Incorrect delivery address: The Courier Company will contact the recipient immediately if there are any discrepancies with the delivery address. If they are

unable to reach the recipient, they will contact Floriat to confirm delivery details. In the unlikely event that we are unable to reach our client or the recipient, The Courier Company will return the package to Floriat. A new delivery fee will be applicable when the package is sent out again. Please ensure that the delivery details are correct to avoid any extra costs.

• Damages during transit• Notice of loss or damage during transit must be filed with Floriat and all packaging should be retained for inspection. The Floriat team might require a photo

of the packaging.

• Same day deliveries• We offer a same day delivery within the Gauteng Boundaries. Please contact us before 09:00 to place your order. This is subject to confirmation from Floriat.• We will send an email with your invoice to confirm the order. Proof of payment must reach us not later than 9:30• to effect same day delivery.
