There are 4,250 people who are homeless in Orange County per the 2013 Homeless Count

There are very little resources (shelters, transitional housing) for people who are homeless in Orange County

People living on the streets is not good for the residential OR business community.

When people are living on the streets, it places enormous financial burden on the healthcare and law enforcement sectors
