Summary strategy for 2015 in relation to skills:

• Continue to identify the skills requirement of EI clients

• Influence the supply of skills at both regional and national level

• Work with companies to develop a culture of building sustainable formal and

informal relationships with their local colleges, as is done successfully by

German Mittelstand companies

• Continue to assist companies with issues in relation to Visas/Work Permits

• Ensure companies are aware of government employment programmes to

enable them to access potential employees off the Live Register
